I've never had more trouble with any company in my life! they have caused two of my credit accounts to be frozen - they have charged me $to "fix" a security challenge in my CPUI have NO CLUE if i'm fixed but I can tell you now that my credit is totally fouled up! Two days now I've been trying to resolve issues - it's extremely dificult because I have not once spoken with anyone who speaks English as a 1st language

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After being contacted on three separate occasions by the consumer, Volcy Ventures agreed to issue a certified bank draft or cashier's check for the amount of $470.00. The last correspondence was on 03 March 2015 wherein they requested a further "3-4" business days to effect same. Mr. [redacted] requested that an email summarizing this agreement be issued by Volcy. No email has been received. No check has been issued. It is unclear why Volcy Ventures cannot credit the original VISA card with the refund. Until a certified check is received, cashed and in our accounts or the VISA credit card is refunded this complaint will remain open. Volcy Ventures has had a total of 15 business days to effect a resolution since the original complaint was made on 15 February, 2015. They have had 4 business days to issue the check and there is no indication that they have done so. Whle they agree to a refund, no refund has been received and the company repeatedly requests additional time to provide a refund. Regards, [redacted]

I signed up for VOLCY PC SUPPORT services with a year contract The contract states that they are available form 9am to 9pm, days a year I have been trying to contact them for months, typically on Sundays,since I am at my business to prepare purchase orders and this is a perfect time to have the system maintenance performed During the week is not practical due to vehicle volumes Bottom line, a very bad experience!

I was having trouble accessing my regular anti-virus provider pageOne of their agents told me my computer had been infected by a Trojan virus about a week ago, but he said he would hook me up with someone who would repair same, online, for a total of $295.00, which, I thought, was somewhat expensive I don't take too kindly to sudden expenditures of that size, but he kept suggesting it was the best route for me to take, under the circumstancesI relented begrudgingly The entity turned out to be the ANEM VOLCY outfit, which seemed to follow up in a professional manner In retrospect, I wondered why my anti-virus provider didn't say why their active service did not warn me of the impending virus and suggest prior removal I also wondered if I may have saved this half-day adventure and cost if I had simply done a "system restore" to an earlier date

My mother was almost scammed by this company in a way similar to other posts She thought she was calling norton based on a google search, next thing she knows she is on authorize.net website and they are asking her to pay $ When she realized something did not feel right, she hung up on them Also noticed that they said in September of last year they plan to remove their fraudulent claim of 99% customer satisfaction, they still have not and it appears on their website homepage they also brandish the "dell registered partner" logo even though they are not on record as being a dell registered partner It truly is a shame that a company here in the US can operate under fraudulent, shady, business tactics targeting those who dont know any better; such as my elderly mother
