While I am optimistic we have have brought this totally unnecessary nightmare to a conclusion, having delt with this questionable operation for over two weeks, I will only be completely satisfactory once the envelope containing the check physically arrives at my home and the check proves to be fully negotiable"TRUST" is at the essence of this issue and having been told many "mistruths" by this firm, repeatedly, I will wait until the aforementioned receipt is consummatedThank you for your patience and understandingI will be in touch as soon as the check arrives (Scheduled for Saturday) and is cashed

This company is nothing but a group of rip off scam artists I see from previous reviews and complaints that they have been doing this for some time without being shutdown or sued
When searching for AVG antivirus link that have positioned their company search to the link and imply they are linked to AVG I have contacted AVG and they stated themselves that this is a scam company and nothing to do with AVG All the flags were there but I was distracted at the time trying to work while talking to the repsIt wasn't until the 2nd rep I spoke with used the exact same comments that I realized what was happening They want access to your system immediately without any discussion of what your problem is Once on your system via the Support LogmeRescue program they change your system to where you cannot restore your system to an earlier date removing whatever they have done They look at your system and tell you that "OMG - you at extremely high risk and all these IP addresses I see are external parties trying to access your system right now" Even though I tried to explain those IP addresses they were looking at were my other devices on my network So they try to tell you the Microsoft will charge you $to correct your system they have CCNA experts than can correct the problem for only $ So they try the fear approach to people who don't know any better So now because I was foolish enough to allow them to connect to my system I must re-image my laptop as I see the only way to clean up their mess Of course they would be more than happy to do so for $to remove what they created So every time I try to restore my system and it reboots their Rescue program restarts trying to connect
This is one of the worse cases of business fraud I have seen And of course, when trying to speak with them the deny everything and can't locate the techs I spoke with Even though all conversations they say are recorded
So I'm sure some lying representative will respond here saying they run an honest business and none of this occurred to me or the others stating similar transactions BEWARE!! They should be shutdown permanently
