I still have yet to receive a single email from them and have now provided a 2nd email address for them to email me at (***). I have fulfilled their request asking for a copy of my credit card statement showing the charges they want to verify. I have yet to speak to a person on the phone and or receive an email from them confirming they have received my credit card statement as requested, AND that they have verified the purchased and approved the release of the $*** gift card as the incentive program outlinedI am skeptical to file this complaint as resolved until it is in fact resolved; which means Reward Zone USA confirming my purchases and then actually mailing me the $*** gift card as the incentive outlines. We are taking a step in the right direction and I hope to resolve this matter soon]

Throughout this promotional program, consumers must complete the required number of advertised offers in order to qualify for the promotional item. We clearly state that simply completing the survey does NOT qualify you for the incentive. It is clearly and conspicuously stated, on our sites as well as in our Terms and Conditions, that PAID PARTICIPATION is required. Users must complete the required offers in order to qualify for the incentive. We are writing in response to Complaint #***, filed 6/**/We have been in near-constant communication with this user since her initial reward claim on 5/**/The user has successfully purchased of the offers she needs in order to qualify for her reward, and is in the process
of submitting documents to further her claim of having purchased more offersIt is difficult to determine exactly how many offers the user allegedly completed, as her initial claim states offers (per the user’s email on 6/**/17, attached here)Our Terms and Conditions clearly state that offers are required for a Tier Prize (anything valued over $100, like the $Visa card this user is claiming)Offers are required for a Tier Prize, which this user has also attempted to claim; however, we do not allow users to change the reward toward which they are working, as is clearly indicated in our Terms and Conditions. To handle situations such as this, in which a user claims to have purchased more offers than our system is showing, we have created a process through which users may submit alternative forms of proof of purchase*** *** is currently undergoing this process, and our Verifications team has been exceptionally responsive to her frequent emails, telling her precisely what additional documentation we require in order to deem her eligible and qualified for her rewardIn short, *** *** has so far failed to furnish the requested documentation, and so is not yet qualified for her rewardIf *** *** wishes to comply with the requests of our team, we would be happy to issue her rewardUntil then, we cannot send her reward, as she has not adequately proven her completion of our program. On * February I enrolled in one gold and one platinum clubAt that time the DrSeuss Book Club was under the "Gold" category and the Disney Movie Club was in the "Platinum" categoryI have attached proof of enrollment in both clubsI clicked on an icon on one of the RewardZone pages and was conveniently kicked out of your system as if I'd never been there, however, the enrollments in those plans were in full effect. Subsequently, I've continued to receive emails with promises to receive Microsoft Robux and various gift cards because I only have a few more items to fulfill the reward requirementSo I continue on ** February with the Silver category enrollment into the ABC Mouse Online Learning Media; and Platinum category Garcinia and Slim Optimum. To date, my grandson nor I have received any Microsoft RobuxI've certainly not received the 522,advertised or any gift cards, only bills, and we didn't enroll in these clubs out of necessityAlthough I see that RewardZone does move been move items into other categories, I still have more than met requirements. The below attachments are proof of more than just the minimum required enrollment and purchases to obtain the advertised gifts and awardsI took a photo of the Slim Optimum bottle as further proof of receipt of the pills, and included the original additional promise of award advertisementThis was a bonus and I haven't received that gift card either.
