Hello –   I apologize for my delayed response.  I am writing in response to Revdex.com Complaint# [redacted] dated 2/**/2017.   A bit about our program: We operate marketing and promotional websites that use surveys and user supplied and collected information to match users with advertisers...

and offers that we believe they’ll be interested in.  The sites are promoted with rewards – typically gift cards and merchandise – which users can earn by completing a specified number of offers. These offers typically require a purchase or a subscription to a service.  Please be advised that simply completing the survey will NOT qualify you for a reward.  As clearly and conspicuously stated on the landing page and in the footer of every page of our sites as well as in our Terms and Conditions, “paid participation” is required.   To qualify for a reward, you must complete the requirements based on the value of the promoted reward. If the reward is valued at $100 or less (a Tier 1 incentive) then you need to complete one silver, one gold, and two platinum offers. If the reward is valued above $100 (a Tier 2 incentive) then you need to complete one silver, one gold, and eight platinum offers.   All offers must be completed within thirty calendar days of the first completed offer.   We have a limit of one reward per household within a 12-month period for a Tier 1 incentive, and you must wait 24 calendar months after you claim a Tier 2 Incentive before you claim another Tier 2 Incentive.   We have responded to each of this consumer's customer service tickets, letting her know that she has completed two of the required four offers in order to qualify for the $100 Netflix gift card.  Unfortunately, we do not have anything to do with the Microsoft Robux points.    This consumer has completed the following two offers and must complete two more, per our Terms & Conditions:[redacted]We have instructed the user that they must still complete one Gold and one Platinum offers in order to qualify for the $100 Netflix gift card.  We have given this consumer the following link to return to our program and complete the remaining requirements: [redacted]   For additional information, please refer our terms and conditions [redacted]   To check the consumer's incentive status, we have instructed that they please log onto the member’s area here[redacted]     Thank you. claim form and await its return with Identification and proof of address.  The form has not been returned to us and the window for eligibility is now over.  The consumer only has 30 days to complete the claim form and return it to us.  Despite this claim being expired, we will extend the deadline as a courtesy.  The consumer must return the claim form back to us.  It was sent on April **, 2017.  I have just issued a resend of the claim form, in case it got misplaced.  This matter is in the hands of the consumer and is considered resolved on our end.  We patiently await the consumer's return of the signed claim form and supporting ID/ Proof of address documentation. Thank you,Mohit S[redacted]Director, ComplianceRewardZone USA, LLC

[redacted] sent a detailed explanation of why he believes his company did not do anything wrong and offered a $50 gift card in order to resolve the issue and I quote: "[redacted] [redacted]  [redacted].  Regards, [redacted] Director, Compliance RewardZone USA, LLC" I closed out the complaint with the Revdex.com based on this email.  I let [redacted] know that I did this and sent him an address where he could mail the gift card.  There is NO mention that I will have to sign a settlement letter, so indeed AFTER I had closed out the complaint with the Revdex.com, I was sent a 'settlement letter' to sign in order to receive the $50 gift card.  I wrote [redacted] back and told him that the agreement for the $50 gift card was in lieu of my closing the dispute, which I did and there was no mention that I would be required to sign a 'settlement letter' for his lawyers. I fulfilled my obligation and once again I find the business practices of this company to be underhanded if not unethical.  Sleazy comes to mind as well.  He continues to indicate that his company did not do anything unethical and yet he continues to prove himself wrong.  He also wrote me and said I could "[redacted].  These are heavy handed threatening tactics by someone claiming to want to "amicably' resolve this case and claiming to do "wrong".

[redacted] Hello, RE: Revdex.com complaint #[redacted] The business is continuing to send advertisement e-mails after they gave a 10 day waiting period for their unsubscribe changes to take effect. I tried both unsubscribe options in the e-mails several times before even writing the Revdex.com. There was nothing broken about the process I went through to unsubscribe, other than it didn't do as promised. I don't want my complaint to be closed before I have a chance to respond. Also, I have cooperated with the business (in a cordial manner), and forwarded e-mails sent to my inbox to them. I have also sent them an e-mail today letting them know I am still receiving their e-mails after the date they gave (yesterday) that they would be stopped. Please help. Thank you,[redacted]
