This consumer has been further removed from our email marketing list. The emails he has forwarded are not coming from us, or our partners. It is not fair to me because all the things I paid for was towards the PlayStation so,your company needs to send my reward which is the PlayStation or just give me a gift card that is worth equal to the reward because the promotional website said congrats you will have your PlayStation sent to you so it seems that you people just took my money after I paid for the things to claim my reward so that is not fair

We have received this Revdex.com complaint dated 11/**/2015. We have since removed this consumer's information from our database and our partners' databases. We are in constant contact with this consumer and have pledged to help resolve any further issues The majority of the emails

We are in receipt of the Revdex.com Complaint #*** dated 12/*/2015. For the reasons set forth below, this consumer has not qualified for the iPhone incentive:We operate the survey and the promotional program that
appears after a consumer complete our survey. Throughout
this promotional program,
a consumer must complete the required number of advertised offers in order to qualify
for the promotional item. We clearly state that simply completing the
survey does NOT qualify you for the incentive. It is clearly and
conspicuously stated, on our sites as well as in our Terms and Conditions, that
PAID PARTICIPATION is required A consumer must complete the required offers
in order to qualify for the incentive To qualify for the incentive, a consumer must complete the
requirements based on the type of incentive the consumer signed up forIf the incentive
is valued at $or less (a Tier incentive) then a consumer needs to complete one
(1) silver, one (1) gold, and two (2) platinum offers on the respective silver,
gold, and platinum pagesIf the incentive is valued at $or more (a Tier
incentive) then a consumer needs to complete one (1) silver, one (1) gold, and (6)
platinum offers on their respective pagesOffers may repeat between pages and
the offer will count depending on the page you complete it (for example, an
offer may show up on the silver and gold page, if you complete it on the
silver, it will count as a silver offer)All offers must be completed within

Thank you for responding We have been in contact with the user and have verified that two of their four purchase requirements did not credit in our system, thus showing her as "incomplete." After carefully investigating her account, we found that she completed one of the requirements under a partner's program Normally this would disallow credit to our program, but as a courtesy we have granted credit for the purchase and will be sending her the $gift card.
