They said they would look into it but have not confirmed that they will honor THEIR commitment to pay the $gift cardPer their instructions, I successfully completed trial offers(For some reason, only eight showed up )I have attached the listI emailed them many times to inquire as to why the other two trial offers I did were not listed and I never received a response/there was nothing in my "junk" mail eitherThey do not provide a telephone number to call eitherI have attached proof that I completed the two missing offersI provided photos of the items as well as a credit card statement showing the trial offers were paid (please see the date-November ***same day I completed all of the other trial offers)The two offers missing from the list are the teeth whitening offer and the Garcinia Cambogia offerThe credit card statement has telephone numbers to confirm that these products were indeed purchasedI have read other conplaints from consumers who have experienced the same problems with Reward USA...that is to say they too had trial offers missing from their lists...so they did not receive the $gift cardI am wondering if this is being done on purpose so the $gift cards do not have to be paid outI expect to receive my $gift card, as agreed upon not just a promise to look into it

I am being told I had to submit a claim form by 11/*. I was not informed of this deadline until 11/**. Even so, I could not have submitted it because, as previously stated, I never received the form or indeed any communication from the business. The new deadline of 11/** is of course unreasonable, as I still have not received the necessary form. Furthermore, this deadline would have been impossible to comply with even if I had the form, as I was notified of it only three days prior, two of which were a weekend and postal holiday. The deadline for submission needs to be set to a reasonable date after I confirm receipt of the claim form. I am being told that this claim form was re-sent to me, but no such message exists in my inbox, spam folder, or trash. To reiterate, this issue can only be resolved if I confirm receipt of the necessary paperwork and am given a reasonable submission deadline after said confirmation.

promotional program that appears after a consumer completes our survey.  Throughout this promotional program, a consumer must complete the required number of advertised offers in order to qualify for the promotional item.  We clearly state that simply completing the survey does NOT qualify you for the incentive.  It is clearly and conspicuously stated, on our sites as well as in our Terms and Conditions, that PAID PARTICIPATION is required.  Consumers must complete the required offers in order to qualify for the incentive. To qualify for the incentive, a consumer must complete the requirements based on the type of incentive you signed up for. If the incentive is valued at $100 or less (a Tier 1 incentive) then he/she needs to complete one (1) silver, one (1) gold, and two (2) platinum offers on the respective silver, gold, and platinum pages. If the incentive is valued at $100 or more (a Tier 2 incentive) then the consumer needs to complete one (1) silver, one (1) gold, and (6) platinum offers on their respective pages. Offers may repeat between pages and the offer will count depending on the page you complete it (for example, an offer may show up on the silver and gold page, if it is completed on the silver, it will count as a silver offer). If the reward is valued at $100 or less (a Tier 1 incentive) then you need to complete one silver, one gold, and two platinum offers.
