 I really don't trust these guys. I have been trying to contact them through their contact us link in their website and calling their phone but no luck for a month and as soon as I opened this complaint with Revdex.com I heard from them. Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  I have not received any additional calls since I filed the complaint.  Which is what I wanted, however, I am still very concerned that my personal information was obtained and sold without my knowledge or consent.  Though the business indicates they contacted the businesses they sold my information to I have no way of verifying that.  I am making this as completed because the final result is as I desired but I still think that this business should be exposed to greater scrutiny.  What are they going to do in the future to protect other innocent consumers.  Was any attempt on their part made to verify the phone number provided was legitimate and owned by the person who signed up on their website? Was any attempt made to verify that the number was not on the state and national do not call lists or was a cell phone number?  My situation indicates a lack of ethics on the part of Rewardzone USA that concerns me greatly.   Thank for your assistance in this matter.   Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello,  We are writing in response to Complaint # [redacted] dated 11/*.  This consumer, [redacted], completed 1 offer in July 2017. We have no record of her participation in May as she claims, but our database only goes back 3 months for a consumer's participation in our...

program. Consumer must finish the program within 20 days of starting and complete the claims process within 30 days thereafter.  She may be mistakenly contacting the wrong company as we did not receive her ID in August as she claims.  Nevertheless, she has participated in our program, but has not completed the purchase requirements to qualify for the incentive. Our records show that she returned to our program on 11/*. She must complete the purchase requirements (10 sponsored paid offers) in order to qualify for the gift card. The representative from Reward Zone has stated that the onslaught of emails/solicitations is not from their business affiliates. These often vulger and disgusting email solicitations have NEVER before been sent to my email address until virtually the minute after my contact information was entered into a Reward Zone promotional giveaway. To suggest that they have no culpability in this manner is not an acceptable answer. The response to the damage they have created to my privacy and my life has not been sufficiently addressed and deserves further attention.
