Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On July I received a call from Ashley stating I would know the date the repairs to my home by the end of the day Since I did not hear from them I assumed the company had no desire to make the repairs to my home On July my builder Centerra was here on another matterAfter surveying the damage he indicated they would make the repairs on the spot On July Ashley called and asked if I had been contacted concerning the repairs, I responded no Later that day someone finally called with a repair date, Aug Reference the gesture of good will, as of today, August it has not been received I should not have had to wait almost two months for the repairs to be done As much as I liked the sofa, it now serves as a reminder of the horrible way I have been treated Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] Ashleys tech, [redacted] came to inspect the bed this morningHe was very respectful and acknowledged there was issues with the bedHe said we should get a response back from Ashley regarding the baseToday PM [redacted] from Ashley corporate calls about today's report and said they were going to reach out to the Manufacturer, which I then stated the manufacturer has already come and claims the bed is up to spec, when in all due reality isn'tApparently the company that came to inspect the bed was not from the manufacturer but a 3rd party company called US QualityKiim "the manufacturer" was not apologetic nor cooperating at all when I spoke to her lastShe repeatedly told me the bed was and had to go by what their tech report saidBecause of the hassle and constant phone calls & uncomfortable sleep we ask that the whole order/product be picked upWe wish to not do business with such company that will not stand by their product and acknowledge defectsThis whole ordeal has truly been a disaster since our first communication with them starting March 10thI have s*al health issues and this particular situation has caused stressAgain, we ask that all items including base, mattress, dresses mirror,headboard/footboard, nightstand be picked up and refunded the whole amount back including delivery to our Ashley credit card as soon as possibleThank you Revdex.com for your attention to this matter

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I would like to add that customer service at Ashley Furniture does not care about their customers - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I had to complain many times for something as simple as slats for my new bed and drawers handles It's very frustrating especially I had already paid almost $1,cash Also, if the handles are going to be express mailed, why is it taking so long Ashley Furniture takes their time to resolve issues This needs to be added to their reviews in hopes that no one else has to deal with such poor customer service and shipping problems At least let others know what to expect when buying something from Ashley Furniture Regards, [redacted] ***

This company has done... nothing to solve this issue and everytime I call, the associates have an attitude. My kitchen table was delivered scratched up as well. Dear Revdex.com,Please convey our apologies for the damaged furniture.Our records indicate on 03/29/we approved for a return and refund On 03/30/the pick up was completed and $and $was sent to accounting to be refunded to the customers VISA card Customer also had $ financed with RAC acceptance financing We have sent the funds to RAC as well.We spoke to the customer again on 03/31/and informed the refunds had been sent to the proper departments / accounts to be refunded.This issue is resolved.Thank you, [redacted] ***

That is completely unacceptableI was unaware that it was a common business practice to lie to a consumer and take their money without providing a productEither provide compensation or issue a full refund for the sectional because by the time the 30th comes the "new" delivery date will be February 20th Regards, [redacted]
