I was told by phone by a manager at Walmart Super Center in *** ** that Runescape cards would be back on the shelf in two weeksHe told me that he had already ordered them
That as when I first made this complaint and nothing has been done yet
I got a voicemail from www.walmart.com telling me that, in fact, that was not the truth and Runescape cards would NOT be put back on Walmart shelves as promised
I want Walmart to put Runescape cards back on the shelf and never quit selling them again

While I appreciate the eGift card (which I have not yet seen - I check my emails on once or twice a week), the issue with the order that was delivered to the address in *** still existsFirst, when I placed the order I checked my home address in ** as the delivery address, and it reverted to the *** address, which I did not notice until I had finalized the orderThis is not the first time this has happened, but it is the first time I did not catch it in timeIn just minutes I tried to cancel the order but was told it wasn't possibleI am sorry, but I am quite sure the items were not already boxed and shipped in that time and there was absolutely no effort made on the part of WalMart customer service to either change the shipping address or cancel the orderThe order was placed on 3/and was not picked up by FedEx until 6:PM on 3/An automated response from WalMart customer service said that an order may be cancelled in the early stages of processing and if a few minutes is not the early stages, I don't know what isIt also said an order may not be cancelled once shipped but since it was more than hours from the time I placed the order to the time the shipper received the package, that does not applyThe issue here is that I was prevented from cancelling the order just minutes after placing it

I did not say I did not receive the eGift card - I didI said I was unable to check my emails very often and was unaware of the cardAnd when I mentioned being unable to change the shipping address, I was quoting WalMart's own policy - that an order cannot be cancelled once shippedAnd that an order can be changed in the early stages of processingThe order shipped more than hours after the order was placedI find it very hard to believe that just minutes after an order is placed you cannot cancel itIf WalMart does not want to follow its own policies, I guess I have no recourseI will probably not shop online at WalMart.com again
