After we received [redacted]'s complaint, we reviewed his [redacted] account and order history. [redacted] advised he did not receive his packages. He contacted customer service and they were unable to help him. We spoke with [redacted]'s mother as she stated he is out of the country. We advised her we have issued a full refund for both orders. [redacted] will receive the refund within 3 - 5 business days to his original payment method. As such, [redacted] considers this matter closed.

After Walmart.com received Ms. [redacted]' complaint, we reviewed her account and order history. Ms. [redacted]' order was from Digital Pavilion, one of Walmart.com's Marketplace Retailers. The shipping address that was originally provided for the order was incorrect. Ms. [redacted] worked with Digital Pavilion to attempt to correct the address. However, the package was not delivered to the correct address. When products are ordered from a Marketplace Retailer, all returns and refunds for products are handled through the specific retailer. Ms. [redacted] spoke with Digital Pavilion, but a refund could not be issued. As a one-time courtesy, we have issued a full refund for Ms. [redacted]' order. We have attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] and have not received a response. As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed.

After we received Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, we reviewed his Walmart.com account and order history. On December 19, 2015, Mr. [redacted] placed an order for Sports Rivals Xbox One. Due to a delay in transit, the order did not arrive by the expected delivery date. We contacted Mr. [redacted] who requested that we overnight the game to him. We were able to place a new order for Mr. [redacted] with upgraded shipping at no cost. We apologize for any inconvenience that this delay has caused and have escalated the issues to the appropriate department for review and coaching. As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed.

I have asked on several occasions to speak with management in reference to this executive escalation. In addition to screwing up the original order the [redacted] service received was atrocious. Both at the order level and after I spoke to the executive engagement center. Further, the new item was not received in the time requested or needed. Considering this matter closed without addressing these issues is further proof of the poor [redacted] service I have received throughout this entire transaction.

We have reviewed the communications between our customer service team regarding Mr. [redacted]'s request to ad match the Apple Ipad online ad he saw that included a $100 Gift Card. Unfortunately, we can only ad match within 7 days of the initial order date. We see that Mr. [redacted] made the purchase on November 9, 2013 and he wanted to ad match on the Apple Ipad which was part of a holiday discount promotion that included a $100 Gift Card. We emailed Mr. [redacted] and advised that as per our holiday ad match, we only ad match our competitors and not ourselves. As a one-time courtesy, we have issued a $100 credit back to Mr. [redacted]'s original form of payment. As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed.

While I would remind Walmart.com that it was their representative that first agreed to price match. Thus, I quit looking for price matching ads. So, there was no way that I knew any different than the request was being honored. I definitely appreciate the adjustment, but point out that this was not doing me any favors but living up to their commitment. Thanks to Revdex.com for the help!

No one that answers my business phones received a call from Neat on December 16, 2014. No messages on my voicemail & no email received as well. I could of used that money to buy a product that actually works.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience Mr. [redacted] has experienced while trying to receive assistance with his scanner. Please be assured that we have communicated Mr. [redacted]'s concerns regarding his scanner to the manufacturer NeatReceipts. We understand the frustration this has caused Mr. [redacted]. That is why we have issued him a courtesy refund from our end to his original method of payment on February 20, 2015. Mr. [redacted] will need to sign the return affidavit we emailed to him in order for the refund to be completed. On February 20, 2015, attempted to call Mr. [redacted] at (XXX) XXX-XXXX and left a message with his manager explaining these details. We also sent Mr. [redacted] an email under email reference numbers XXXXXX-XXXXXX and XXXXXX-XXXXXX advising him to contact us if he still needed assistance. We have not heard back from him.
