For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I feel this does not resolve this complain as indicated prior I had this items on my cart and your site did not direct me to the out of stock or other site, I feel I was cheated out of attaining these items and feel that a $gift card does NOT resolve the issueAs you can see from your site other Air Max are currently $150+ eachLike stated previously I just would like to resolve this issue and attain the items of similar style, size, and color for the prize I was and should of bought them from my cart before Finish Line encountered any issues with your site.

We waited as long as possible to submit a response to the letter for two reasonsReason is because we wanted to make sure that we received the checkAlthough the check was short the total amount paid, it's only short $so there's no need to make a fussHowever we were told that we would be contacted by the district manager of Sam within 24-hoursAs of today, August 25th we have not received any form of communication from the district managerThis makes me feel as though The Finish Line condones the actions of the store manager, which is extremely unsettling considering how often my wife and I shop thereWe were promised to be contacted by Sam's supervisor and that's what we expect.
