After reviewing order [redacted], I noticed that your order was canceled due no inventory available on the Jordan Retro 4 or Jordan Retro 11. There was an extremely high demand for the limited restock that was online only. Finish Line placed a pending hold on your PayPal account, if the items were available to ship, the funds would be ready to settle on. Since this order was canceled, the items will not ship, therefore your PayPal account will not be charged. I would love to further assist you with this matter, if you could please contact me directly at [redacted], we can discuss what options I have for you. Per our conversation on 12/21/15, we discussed that Finish Line doesn’t hold funds unless an order is successful.  In your case, the funds were being held by PayPal since the 12/12/15 order attempt with Finish Line was not successful. I offered to complete a call with you and PayPal to assist with releasing your funds but you opted to contact PayPal yourself. For your inconvenience, you will receive $30 off your next purchase. The item was returned due to processing error, I recieved two different size shoes eleven days after ordering. I want all of my money returned to me because this wasn't my fault. I would've exchanged the order if I was interested in waiting 11+ more days. I wasn't interested in waiting but still ended up waiting for a refund. Im entitled to all my money because of company error and inconvenience. Not to mention the time I spent on the phone trying to resolve the issue.

There was a fourth gift card that has not yet been used. If you are unable to locate that last gift card, please contact Customer Care at 1-888-777-3949 and ask for ext. 5012 for assistance with that gift card.
