We’re sorry that you received service that prompted you to contact us with a complaint, and we reget the inconvenience.  Per our email conversation on 6/7/17 we have tried to reset your password and are still having log in difficulties. At this time we will need a different email address to registure an online account. Once the online account has been registured we can update the email address and move over your available point balance as well as replace the six $20 reward certificates. Regarding the return of merchandise,I have emailed a free UPS return shipping label. Once you print this off please take shipment to UPS and once the products are returned your gift card refund will arrive by mail by 7 to 10 business days.  Inside the shipment please include your name, address, and daytime phone number along with your refund gift card request.   Your patronage is important to us, and we hope that you’ll continue to give us opportunities to serve you. I finally have received my money back but not until November 6th. I am still not happy with finish line or the process for getting money returned as it took since August. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. The resolution is not satisfactory but at least I finally have my money back. I will never do business with Finish Line again, horrible customer service.

 Hi, As I previously stated this was a very traumatic experience for my kids as well as myself. For the inconvenience the least the company could do is allow us to keep the merchandise and credit back the entire purchase. As I informed them I do not feel comfortable about returning the MOLDED sweater so it can be sold to another innocent consumer. Especially around Christmas time, how careless Finish Lines customer service is they would more then likely intentionally send this same sweater out.
