If months contract automatically renews on same term as initial term, this is a new contract, then Waste Management should remove container on 05/08/and bring new container on 05/09/as we starting new contract which didn't happenThen we have days to return your containerWe don't understand why is new contract is not same as is initial contractAlso when we signed initial contract on 05/06/effective date 05/09/we didn't receive container on 05/09/and received container days later on 05/20/and didn't receive service days and get charged for unreceived service, this is violation of your contract and we are not happy with your service and reason to cancel your service without any penaltyWe don't understand why Waste Management does not follow the contract and make us to follow Please explain why you are not letting us to go, business happens when both parties happy and agree with service, you didn't do your service well in the past and we are not happy with your service and would like to cancel it Please cancel our service with us without any penalties, Thank you, Victoria

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint On 7/25/15, Reference Number [redacted] in the amount of $was paid on account number [redacted] Invoice number [redacted] for the months of August 2015- October On August 1, 2015, the toter (trash can) was picked up after the letter sent out stated that service would continue until the end of August On August 14, 2015, at 1:p.ma representative from phone number 434-984-(Waste Management in Charlottesville, VA) called to apologize that the toter was picked up early due to confusion on their part and that the can would be returned and a full refund for the month of August would also be repaid since they were the ones that had made the error On August 17, the toter was returned and picked back up on September 1, On 10/23/15, Reference Number [redacted] in the amount of $was issued back on the credit card If the $is processed back to the same card then the amount in dispute is $which would be for the month of August that the representative said would also be refunded Regards, [redacted]
