Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint WM claims I made no further complaints That is completely false I complained many times I had this same conversation with a rep there (one of the complaints) who claimed there were no notes INCLUDING even this very complaint through Revdex.com Then they looked further and found lots of notes WM has failed to provide remotely consistent service and it is outrageous that they are demanding full payment, based solely on their sporadic inability to find their own notes Regards,
