July 13, Re: Revdex.com Complaint# [redacted] WM Account# [redacted] Hello ***, In response to your last comment, I reviewed all the calls you made to usOn 7/3/you called to report we did not service your recycle and admitted to placing cat litter and yard waste in the containerAgent Andrew advised you we could not service the container with the Cat litter and the yard waste in the container; you requested to speak to a supervisor, in process of transferring you hung up You called back and spoke to Representative Dominique and stated your recycle was not servicedAgent advised you per your call earlier, you admitted to placing cat litter and yard waste in the containerAgent advised you to have driver go back and service, you would have to remove the cat litter and the yard waste from the containerYou got upset and requested to cancel service and hung upYou called back for the third time to inquire when the containers would be removed; we advised you it will take up to business days for container to be removed At that time you asked if the removal charge could be waived; were advised the only way to avoid the charge is to bring the containers to our local site Again the removal charge is valid If you have questions or comments regarding this matter, please feel free to discuss it with me at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted] option Cordially, Nancy WM Cares-Corporate Office

February 23, [redacted] W [redacted] PO Box [redacted] , [redacted] Waste Management # [redacted] [redacted] This letter is in response to Revdex.com Case# [redacted] [redacted] W [redacted] signed a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) with Waste Management of Michigan, Inc(“Waste Management”) which took effect on July 13, Pursuant to Section of the Agreement, the initial term of the agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and the Agreement automatically renews for an additional thirty-six (36) month renewal term if Mr [redacted] does not give Waste Management notice of termination ninety (90) days before the expiration of the initial termMr [redacted] failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2’s allotted time periodTherefore, the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional three year term on July 13, Although the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional three year term, Mr [redacted] can still elect to cancel the Agreement; however, per Section of the Agreement, Mr [redacted] will contractually owe liquidated damages (most recent monthly charges multiplied by three months) Mr [redacted] is a valued customer and we did reach out to him to negotiate a lower rate which I attached a copy, also attached please find a copy of the Liquidated Damages letter and a copy of the service agreement If you have any questions, please contact me at [redacted] Cordially, Victoria

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Simply put, again The copies of the invoices I am requesting are the copies of the actual invoices that got sent to my house at the end of my service with WM First one only had $as a final bill stated on it nothing more The next invoice was under $10.00, believe to be $ Not new invoices with numbers and back dates on them The actual copies of the invoices in dispute Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I had made a month contract for $per month for trash and recycling services with Deffenbaugh Industries which was signed on 11/01/Shortly after, Waste Management purchased DeffenbaughI continued to be charged the same rate which was signed in the contract until I received my bill in April of which shows a monthly increase of $per monthI attempted to contact the company and they stated that they will not honor contracts from companies that they acquire.I would like Waste Management to adhere to the contract of the company they acquired at least until the contract period has elapsed Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I have received calls from several different people at Waste Management, unfortunately none of the communication included an apology I still cannot believe that Waste Management expected $2,for services that they never provided I seriously don't see how the people that I have communicated with at Waste Management could say this with a straight face I have received several copies of a service agreement in the mail, however none of these include any acknowledgement with a signature or initials on the page where it talks about liquidated damages or a term automatically extending another years I was not aware of this and there is no signature on it According to the paperwork, service began on March of I have more than fulfilled a month service agreement I would strongly discourage anyone from using Waste Management, this has been ridiculous Regards, [redacted]
