The Revdex.com has contacted us to let us know about the complaint you filed against Waste Management. I apologize that you experienced issues with your request to cancel service and appreciate the opportunity to address the problem.
[redacted] signed a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) with Waste Management which took effect on April 20, 2011 for thirty six (36) months. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement the initial term of the agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and the Agreement automatically renews for an additional twelve (12) month renewal term, if [redacted] does not notify Waste Management in a written certified letter of termination, at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section 2 of the termination of the then-existing term. Please see attachment.
[redacted] failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2’s allotted time period. Therefore the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional 12-months (12) ending on April 20, 2015. [redacted] is currently in a renewal stage; to avoid Liquidated Damages a written certified letter must be sent by January 20, 2015.
[redacted] can still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section 7 of the Agreement, will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination. Please see attachment.

Dear Wayne C[redacted],
Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns regarding Trip charge and property damage. Upon review of your account, Waste Management made an attempt to remove the temporary container at the time you designated. March 25, the driver reports cannot safely remove the container and reschedules to March 28. When we arrive on March 28, the gate is locked; therefore we are unable to remove it.
On April 5, you spoke with Oscar in our WM Cares Corporate office he explains an adjustment for the first Trip charge is adjusted. When we arrived the second time, the gate was locked and we were unable to remove the container, therefore only one trip charge is adjusted. Your current balance is $197.62.
In regards to property damage, our records indicate our Route Manager, Jason followed up with your client and submitted a claim to our insurance company.
