We use Mini Moves on a continual basis for small moves. Javva and his crew are always punctual, reliable and great to work with. Things were rough starting off with rude.customer service reps. Than the supervisor Whitney came in and saved the day. She polite professional and understanding. The best rep I dealt with in any business. She gets answers when needed. Thank you
T.K. was very helpful at the onset. He called right back when I had questions. The men who packed were efficient and professional. The items were delivered on the early end of the time frame given. The men who delivered were careful and efficient. One of my chairs had a leg that was sticking out funny. I was really concernend that it had been irreparably damaged but Oscar stuck right with us while we fixed the leg (it was just a loose screw). Overall, it was an excellent experience! Thanks!
I had to move an antique pedestal table and six chairs from Massachusetts to Florida. MiniMoves picked up the furniture on the day and time indicated and did a good job in MA . The table was picked up on June 5th and delivered within three weeks as promised. Additionally, on the day of the delivery the movers actually arrived within the hour specified. They unloaded the table and chairs, brought the furniture into my house and assembled the table for me. MiniMoves gave me a competitive quote and everything went smoothly. I would use them again and highly recommend MiniMoves for distance moving of small loads.
A big thank you to Tay, Manny and Orlando for a seamless move on July 25, 2015. It was 95 degrees and not an easy task! They were courteous and helpful making a move to the 3rd floor apartment building quick and efficient. This is our second wonderful experience with Mini Moves and would recommend them to anyone.
Our son got his first studio apartment in Cleveland Ohio on month ago. As we live in Pennsylvania, the idea of moving all of his things ourselves in the winter was not enticing. MiniMoves made it a pleasure. They were friendly, helpful, informative and patient through the entire process. The actual movers were great on both ends, everything was handled with such care.

Unfortunately Ms. [redacted]r feels her stress is due further accommodations however we do not have an insurance policy in place that compensates for stress or time. We truly aplogize that her tables experienced damage. However, they have since been restored to pre move condition.
I recently relocated from the suburbs of Chicago to the City of Chicago. I did not have a lot of stuff to begin with, and have never hired movers before, so I was not sure what to expect. I was given a quote, and depending on loading, unloading, and travel time the price could flucuate. I was expecting that the drivers would take their sweet time moving things to get more money. Boy, was I wrong! Given that I didn't have much stuff, they were able to load and unload in LESS than an hour! Travel time was about 40 minutes, this ended up saving me about $60. Not only were the movers fast, but extremely professional. I was a little nervous about a few boxes that had breakables in them that I wanted to put in my car along with my flat screen tv. They ensured me that the items would be safe. They saran wrapped my TV (I didnt have a box for it), and draped big moving cloth over it to protect it. Didn't even charge me to do that. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone that needs speedy service and professionals!

My experience with MiniMoves was excellent! My parents had both passed away and my sister and I had the enormous task of clearing out their home in order for us to sell it. I had a series of boxes and a few pieces of light furniture to move from CT to WI. Since we didn't have enough items to fill a very large moving truck, MiniMoves was the ideal solution for our needs. Everyone on the phone and during the move was friendly, helpful and professional. The packaging and moving was done with care. The best part was the flexibility of MiniMoves...I was unable to be home on the date they originally planned to deliver, but they were able to reschedule at a later date when I could be available. I would recommend them to anyone needing a "mini move".
We have used MiniMoves for my Mother-in-Law's move from Phoenix to Canada, what a pleasure it was to work with them, especially TK! I had never done a move like this before and they were great!
I am using them again for a move from Illinois to Michigan, fortunately I got TK again, he makes it all seem so simple...thank goodness!

They did an outstanding job on a complex move involving moving household goods from two locations (Illinois & Virginia) to one new location that had to arrive on a specific day. All three groups of movers and office staff did an outstanding job.

In November of 2014 I moved to Florida. The move was emotional and stressful.
I searched for the best mover and MiniMoves completely fit my needs. What a great decision I made. From the booking, to the shipment pick up in RI, to the shipment delivery in FL, it couldn't have gone better. What a great group of people to work with, everyone of them being very professional and helpful. Being a women alone, and making this decision alone, I'm very satisfied with the choice I made.
