The process of arranging the move was very efficient; TK at the main office explained the process clearly and others who I dealt with were also clear, business-like, and efficient. They dealt directly with the apartment building management to provide the certificate of insurance, which was required. The movers themselves got there early; dealt cheerfully with the NYC parking problems; and wrapped everything in padded quilts and then plastic. It all arrived in good condition.

MiniMoves helped me move from IL to CA recently. My experience with MiniMoves from my very first phone call to the final delivery of all of my items was extremely positive. They really have a great operation and the movers were extremely efficient and friendly.
The moving crew was led by Alfonso, (driver id # 3643) and included Rick and Adrian. They did an amazing job with the move. The guys took extreme care with everything that they moved and did a great job wrapping the few items that were to be wrapped by the mini moves movers.
Alfonso took great care driving the load to the new location and everything arrived safe and sound.
This is the second time that I have used this company to move me and I recommend them highly and if you request Alfonso and his crew you will have a fantastic experience and will not have to worry about anything!
