A wonderful service that is well organized with people who know what they are doing. From the first phone call to the confirmation of delivery call we and the recipient were kept in the loop. Our family heirloom piece of furniture arrive without a scratch on it. There was also glass involved and it also arrived in perfect condition. We plan to move one more piece of furniture and will definitely be calling on MiniMoves to do the job.

They were punctual, careful and thorough.

I was moving items across country and could not be present personally and they put me at ease, took care of everything needed and my items arrived quickly and without damage.

Very friendly and personably moving company. Sherice [redacted] was very helpful with my move over to California, along with the dispatchers/movers that helped me as well. I would definitely look for them again the next time I move!

The movers were very efficient and professional. They arrived at the scheduled time. I had a large [redacted] elliptical bike that needed to be moved from my dad's house in the south suburbs to my 2nd floor apartment in Hyde park. Eric, Tay and Chata Jr moved it with such ease and nothing was damaged in the process. I would highly recommend MiniMoves to anyone needing small or large moves. I plan to use them again when I move to a bigger place! I was very pleased and impressed.

Excellent service, feedback, and professional device. For a very small amount from Detroit area to Seattle, on time and everything arrived in good condition. Very pleased and would recommend.

I received $30/day credit to my account for the delay of 3 business days, but I do not find it anywhere near sufficient. Approximately $300 of salary was sacrificed in order to accommodate delivery on Sept 3 instead of the original promised window.
I also have not yet received a refund to compensate for the incorrect amount (based on an outdated inventory list) charged for the move. Beyond the last inventory list I received for $3534.64, I was also promised another adjustment for a step stool (2'-3') incorrectly categorized as a 6' ladder.
I have yet even had the time to unpack and follow up on this issue due to Mini Move's delay in delivery. My window of time to unpack before I started school was unexpectedly compressed and I am still impacted by this delay.

Although we strive to complete the relocation service within the noted delivery spread dates, spread dates are not an implied guarantee. Any claim for delay is reviewed on a Per Diem basis. A credit of $75.00 was applied to the card previously placed on file for the 3 business day delay and an additional $15.00 for the adjustment in the step stool as previously discussed. We truly apologize for the delivery delay. If there is damage to your shipment you have 9 months from the date of delivery to process a claim for damage.

Perfect move: team arrived early and was ready to go. Nothing damaged and crew was very courteous and polite. I'd highly recommend this firm and would not hesitate to use them again.

My team arrived on time and were very fast and friendly. They wrapped fragile items with great care and the pieces traveled from St Louis to CA with no damage. I found the paperwork a bit confusing, but as there were no problems, it was not an issue.

We moved my son out to Denver and mini movers was a very good experience. The movers that came out to pick-up the furniture were very professional and wrapped all the furniture and were very careful in the loading process. I would defiantly recommend them for your move.

Also the customer service was very professional. When the furniture was delivered they mistakenly forgot to leave the legs for the sofa and couch my son contacted them the next day and they had them and were very sorry for the inconvenience that he had to go pick them up. All in all it was a very seamless move and I didn't have to worry about it.

We truly apologize for the damage that occurred with Ms. [redacted] shipment. The elected valuation coverage allows for repair or replacement up to the elected coverage amount. According to the Advice of Protection signed and dated November 25, 2015 "The Carrier or Warehouseman will not be liable...

in excess of the lesser of the cost to repair a damaged item, or the cost to replace an item that has been lost or damaged. Unless the item is repaired or replaced, it will be valued at its ACV on the date of the loss. The value will not exceed the cost to repair or replace the property for the same use. Replacement Coverage will not apply to items that cannot be replaced due to their unique nature (i.e. art works, antiques, rare articles) "MiniMoves has repaired the damaged item to its pre-move condition and have returned the repaired items to Ms. [redacted] home. Ms. [redacted] has previously attempted to dispute her full relocation cost despite the repair of the damaged items and the initial delivery occurring within the contracted delivery spread dates. We apologize for any inconvenience Ms. [redacted] may have been caused, however we have upheld the terms of the advice of protection as well as the contracted delivery dates. Unfortunately we do not compensate or provide provisions for stress or time spent to correspond which was Ms. [redacted] request that we are unable to honor.

MiniMoves worked with me to get my stuff from Chicago to Florida when my moving plans had to be changes at the last minute. The entire process, from when I first reached out to the to when my things arrived at my new home, was seamless. Their customer service rep, T.K., answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was communicative throughout the entire process. Angelo from the Broadview warehouse packaged everything beautifully and I received my things in the time that it was promised and in better condition than if I would've moved the them myself. Their pricing is beyond reasonable when you take into consideration their customer service and the quality of care that they take in delivering your goods. I can't recommend them enough.

Unfortunately a move scheduled prior to Mr. [redacted] revised beyond the original estimate which created additional labor and time consumed for the assigned crews. In an effort to eliminate rescheduling Mr. [redacted] for an alternate date or cause any inconvenience, our crews proceeded with the originally planned schedule and completed the local Chicagoland move. In the event of a revision at the time of pick up MiniMoves provides a new binding estimate that requires an authorizing signature before the transportation of the items begin. I was moving from the 7th floor to the 6th floor in my building and did not want to move all of my heavy furniture. I called mini movers and I am so glad I did. They arrived on time and and were very courteous. They moved all my stuff in an hour and were gone. I would recommend mini movers to anyone that has a moving job.
