Todd [redacted] was amazing, pulled me out of a big jam when I had a mover that never showed up. He got a crew over within 2 days, his guys were the best most organized movers I have ever dealt with.
Excellent experience with Mini Moves. Process was simple. Steve, the move coordinator, did a great job. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. The furniture was picked up and delivered during the time frame promised and transported across the country.. No hidden charges or extra fees incurred. Best of all the furniture arrived in great condition.
The three gentlemen that participated in my move were all quick, professional and a pleasure to work with. They were careful with my boxes and wrapped my furniture - some of it old family heirlooms - very well. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately a move scheduled prior to Mr. [redacted] revised beyond the original estimate which created additional labor and time consumed for the assigned crews. My previous moves were nightmares, so I had serious reservations overall. From the first contact to delivery of my belongings, everything essentially went smoothly. I was always able to get in touch with an actual person - big PLUS!!! They worked with me to determine exactly how much the move would cost and how to minimize the cost. They worked with me to make changes in what I was planning to ship, and did so without any problems. The greatest aspects were the customer service and the clear and accurate communication regarding pickup and delivery.
I was extremely pleased with all involved in moving my items from Maryland to Florida. They were in contact with me the entire time, and they showed up at the appointed time. My items arrived in perfect condition and much quicker than expected. I've already referred them to a friend.
WCK did foundation work on my house. They came back for a requested inspection. Recommended more work when it was not needed.
Upon selling our house, the buyer wanted an inspection by the company who did the work. WCK came out and said we needed $6,500 worth of foundation repair and none of it was under the original warranty. They did not use a liquid level (proper tool) to see if the house actually needed more foundation work. [redacted] had been by to check on the house (per request) 1 year prior to this event and said that the house hadn't moved at all. He did say to add gutters or the warranty would not be valid.
After he scared the potential buyer, I had another foundation company come out to my house to do an inspection with no prior knowledge to the situation. He said that the house was fine and needed no foundation work.
I then had to hire a structural engineer to verify that my house that I was selling was structurally sound. Alone that cost was $500+.
The structural engineer noted in his report that the house was structurally sound and had ZERO slab movement after initial settling. He also stated in his report that the house did not need any foundation work. The engineer told me that the house probably did not need foundation work in the first place.
All in all, I almost lost the buyer all due to WCK. I only ended up loosing the $500 for the engineer's inspection and report.
Also, WCK claims that unless you have gutters that the warranty is voided. That makes zero sense if you have good drainage. At that house the water wicked away quickly into the drainage system and the area between houses did not hold water.
Don't tell everyone they need foundation work due to normal slab settling in the first 6-7 years. Don't void warranties based on poor drainage and lack of gutters when that is not the real issue. Buy and use proper tools when measuring homes for customers. Actually talk and listen to the customer instead of reeling off obligatory statistics.
I have used minimoves from Baltimore to Albuquerque,NM in March-2016.Agent was really knowledgable,very courteous and very helpful every way I can think of.They had another company contracted to move and those people were really nice too.I will give them 10/10 and will use again to move rest of my stuff from Baltimore.Christan [redacted] was my agent and he was the best.
Moved from Pittsburgh to South Carolina. Great experience. Easy to get in touch with, communicate well. Very punctual and detailed. goods were wrapped very well, no dammage.
Delivery was punctual and the guys were great. no dammage to the goods. Very quick in and out.

I used Minimovers to unload a PackRat pod. The actual unloading was done rapidly with consideration for my furniture as it had started to rain. The gentlemen kept on track and did not loaf around. They placed furniture as I asked and replaced when I changed my mind. There were some initial scheduling issues. Which we worked out together. My only suggestion if scheduling a few weeks put call and verify that everything is in order. The job was done at less than the estimated cost. The driver called and had the amount changed on site

I moved my stuffs from Virginia to New Jersey, they gave me a quote as per the items I had to shift. Initially I was a but worried based on their reviews on yelp initially about being over charging, but since my the items I had was within what they had estimated for I was covered and need not have to pay anything extra. The folks who handled were friendly and handled my stuffs carefully.
Professionals all the way! Will definitely use them again.
