The moving crew was led by Alfonso, (driver id # 3643) and included Rick and AdrianThey did an amazing job with the moveThe guys took extreme care with everything that they moved and did a great job wrapping the few items that were to be wrapped by the mini moves movers Alfonso took great care driving the load to the new location and everything arrived safe and sound This is the second time that I have used this company to move me and I recommend them highly and if you request Alfonso and his crew you will have a fantastic experience and will not have to worry about anything!

WCK did foundation work on my houseThey came back for a requested inspectionRecommended more work when it was not needed Upon selling our house, the buyer wanted an inspection by the company who did the workWCK came out and said we needed $6,worth of foundation repair and none of it was under the original warranty They did not use a liquid level (proper tool) to see if the house actually needed more foundation work [redacted] had been by to check on the house (per request) year prior to this event and said that the house hadn't moved at allHe did say to add gutters or the warranty would not be valid After he scared the potential buyer, I had another foundation company come out to my house to do an inspection with no prior knowledge to the situation He said that the house was fine and needed no foundation work I then had to hire a structural engineer to verify that my house that I was selling was structurally soundAlone that cost was $500+ The structural engineer noted in his report that the house was structurally sound and had ZERO slab movement after initial settling He also stated in his report that the house did not need any foundation work The engineer told me that the house probably did not need foundation work in the first place All in all, I almost lost the buyer all due to WCK I only ended up loosing the $for the engineer's inspection and report Also, WCK claims that unless you have gutters that the warranty is voided That makes zero sense if you have good drainageAt that house the water wicked away quickly into the drainage system and the area between houses did not hold water Don't tell everyone they need foundation work due to slab settling in the first 6-yearsDon't void warranties based on poor drainage and lack of gutters when that is not the real issueBuy and use proper tools when measuring homes for customersActually talk and listen to the customer instead of reeling off obligatory statistics
