Everything with the move went great except for the initial conversationThe agent I was working seemed to be extremely rude and did not seem happy to be helping me at allThe only reason I went with minimoves was due to the rating but the agent made me feel like I should be reconsidering my decision and that I would not get as much help if I had some troubleBut as the things I was shipping were not very expensive I was okay to stick with minimoves as they gave the best priceI do not think some of my friends or family members would have stuck with minimoves if they had the same initial customer repBut other than this pickup and delivery was in time and everything was delivered without any issue

We recently used MiniMoves to unload our furniture They were prompt, called the night before to cheand were very professional I appreciate their flexibility in the variety of services they offer

I used Mini Moves for both large and small quantities including car transport They were very efficient in all cases, kept me well informed and were highly professional

I hired MiniMoves to transport my personal belongings from Cleveland, Ohio to Berkeley, CA and had the worse experienceNot only did my boxes finally get delivered after a week and a half delay from time it arrived to Berkeley (all because the person who initially scheduled my move did not indicate that they would have to climb stairs to the second floor for delivery) but the boxes were damaged (luckily only a few hats were actually damaged) sloppily shrink wrapped to the pallets but there was an entire box missing - which I later found out was somehow destroyed and they placed about books (many hardcover) in a plastic bin with several felt hats and a beautiful straw hat which was ultimately damagedWhat was so frustrating about the entire experience is that everyone passed the buck, no one was the least bit concerned especially *** *** ***I would not recommend this service to anyoneThe follwas very poor

My experience with Mini Moves far exceeded my expectations in every conceivable mannerThey are professional, thorough, work hard to understand your needs and then deliver the service that satisfies your needsI will always conduct my business with them, and you should as well

Movers did not come for piwithin the specified time window, and did not return calls asking for an update for several hours
**We addressed the concerns with the terminalUnfortunately the crew was running behind and we apologize there was not a call made to inform Mr*** of the delay
Movers had not been notified that house had stairs and several items required packing; they said they would be unable to do this move, due to later hour, but then agreed**There is a flight of stairs and notes for packing listed on the original contract therefore the movers were informedMy apologies for the confusion
I was told by Mini-Moves that final move inventory would be reviewed by phone (some inventory changed at the last minute) prior to my credit card being charged; this did not happen**Our records indicate a call was made on 1/The move cost actually decreased by $
Delivery window on contract was *** delivery arrived on *** I understand allowances have to be made for bad weather, but I was not notified of the status of my move as it became delayed; I had to contact Minimoves repeatedly to try to find out when it would arrive,and each time, I could not get an answer the same day as to where the shipment was, and when it would arrive**Unfortunately there were weather delaysEast coast was hit with snow storms during Mr***'s delivery spreadCarriers weren't moving anything out due to safety reasons
We do understand Mr*** is seeking a partial refund and would like to do a follow up call with him on Monday to discuss a partial reimbursement

All items arrived in ok condition (wear and tear, some scratches, a little beat up) in the time frame specified at time of signing contract

Great experience, staff in the office were great, very responsive The moving crew were excellent, they were very careful and did a great job! No issues whatsoever

Enjoyed speaking to staff at minimoves as they were always so helpful and knowledgeable regarding our move details and pleasant too! The delivery men were very curtious and went out of their way to be helpful
