Sorry for any inconvenience. These are laser measured but the manufacturer also has changed their seat attachments as well has no retention devices in the vehicle for any type of mats. I can offer to send you All Weather mats if would like to try or another set of Floorliners. If you are requesting only a refund you will need to go back to *** for the refund.

Sorry for any inconvenience. These are laser measured but the manufacturer also has changed their seat attachments as well has no retention devices in the vehicle for any type of mats. I have sent several emails to WeatherTech over the past few weeks with absolutely no response, so I am now taking this approach to try to elicit a response. We just purchased all new floor liners for our 2015 N X last summer. We got the full set that includes the 2 front floor liners along with the one-piece floor second row floor liner that covers the entire floor of the back seat. They are black in color. All of the floor liners are now curling up in the corners and look absolutely terrible. We have tried pushing them back down, but they don't stay. For what we paid for these floor liners, this should absolutely NOT be happening. I've had cheap $25-30 sets of floor mats last far longer than this.

cease activities until April 7, 2020 (but subject to extension), so
our warehouse is closed. All products are
in stock and the moment the government allows us to ship your order will ship out of our Warehouse.

Ordered their most expensive floor mats (FloorLiner) for my new 2019 Ford F250 SD.

Material seems OK, and the laser cut is OK. However, why they would fold this type of mat to insert it into a smaller box is beyond me. There are two creases on the rear mat and the PAX front mat looks like it was warped; they had no padding in the box and these mats were just thrown in it and sent which took about 8 days to arrive.

Wioll no longer mby anything from weathertech again if they cannot insure a proper shipping method, especially when it cost me and additional $34.00 to ship!

Finally, the order shipped (tracking info was never provided under my order number onsite or via email). Once I received it, I called multiple more times to initiate a return, but again, couldn’t get through to any CSR. I filled out a return request online on 12/26, and still haven’t heard back. Despite following all return instructions over a month before the return deadline, I’ve now missed the return window, and still can’t get anyone from Weathertech to respond to any inquiries.

I ordered a back seat cover for my 2019 Volvo *** I was sent the wrong cover. I have called WeatherTech every day for the past 10 days, but every time I call I am told I am around the 250th person in line. Eventually the call disconnects. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service email, and have had no reply. WeatherTech's return policy states the product must be unopened and returns will be rejected if the customer does not call the customer service hotline first. The company has made it impossible to return the wrong item they sent me due to their complete lack of service and their draconian return policy. There was no way to know it was the wrong item I received as the product number is tucked inside and not visible from the packaging (packaging is just a clear bag). My order is number *** I was supposed to receive Seat Protector# *** instead I received *** This does not fit! Over $150 wasted on this subpar product that doesn't even attach to the seat as it states in their advertising! I've been a lifelong customer to this company, and this is how they treat their customers. I am telling everyone I know about how terrible this company is. Can't get orders correct, and NO customer service. Sad. I'm buying from *** from now on.

I ordered a back seat cover for my 2019 Volvo *** I was sent the wrong cover. I have called WeatherTech every day for the past 10 days, but every time I call I am told I am around the 250th person in line. Eventually the call disconnects. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service email, and have had no reply. WeatherTech's return policy states the product must be unopened and returns will be rejected if the customer does not call the customer service hotline first. The company has made it impossible to return the wrong item they sent me due to their complete lack of service and their draconian return policy.
