We are sorry for the delay and inconvenience. We have experienced High Call volume after the holidays. Your account has been updated and the order will ship out today. We have also updated the shipping to overnight delivery for the delay.

We are sorry for the delay and inconvenience. We have experienced High Call volume after the holidays. Your account has been updated and the order will ship out today. We have also updated the shipping to overnight delivery for the delay.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered floormat set and a cargo liner on 12/10/19. A few days later box was delivered with cargo liner only and packing slip that said floorliners would ship separately. I tried to find out online when that would be but website is severely lacking. Tried calling only to be put on hold with 285 customers ahead of me. After waiting on hold over an hour, I was told floorliners were on backorder and no date was given to expect shipment. The young lady actually told me that they don't know an item is backordered until a customer calls asking for order! I asked her if she actually heard what she just told me and she then repeated same. Realizing that this was a ridiculous company to deal with I canceled the remainder of my order, but that took another phone call and unacceptable wait on hold. A few days later I did receive a partial refund but the sales tax was not included. I waited a few weeks hoping the holiday logjam of phone calls would decrease before attempting to call again. On 1/13/20 I called to again be placed on hold for only 42 minutes this time and then had to wait close to 40 minutes before I was finally refunded my sales tax and I demanded my shipping costs also be refunded for the hassle of dealing with this inept customer service. I can't believe a successful company does business this way. You need to put more resources into customer service. I will never purchase from Weathertech again and will recommend others not to either. I already have talked several others out of shopping with this company. It's a shame too because their products seem to be of good quality.

I ordered floor mats for my son for Christmas. I ordered the wrong model year so the mats didn’t fit. I have been trying for 2 and 1/2 weeks to get a return authorization number. I have called 5 times and NEVER been able to speak with someone and get the authorization. 180+ callers each time. I submitted a request online and have heard nothing. It’s infuriating and disappointing. I had thought I would exchange for correct model year, however this experience has made me doubt the company’s veracity and business principles.

My mother purchased floor mats for my new car as a Christmas gift not knowing the car already came with them. She had them shipped to my house and I have been trying for several weeks to return the mats without luck. I have emailed several times, filed for a return on their website, and called only to be told there are hundreds of people ahead of me on hold. They are impossible to get in touch with and I simply want to return the mats so that my mother can get her money back.

I am trying to get a refund on an order that was placed on 1/1/20, with a total of $46.19. The order number is ***. I tried to return this item, but I needed to obtain a return authorization number to complete the return. I have filled out an online request to obtain this number several business days ago, with no response. I have called multiple times, only to be on hold for over thirty minutes and then have my call dropped. They do not call me back, and all further calls have the same outcome. On hold, and then dropped. They are making it impossible to complete this return. The lack of customer service is appalling.

We have responded to the Customer on 1/14/20 with a Return Authorization number and a prepaid *** label to return the merchandise. As soon as it is returned we will refund the account. Thank you.

I bought side window deflectors from this company a few weeks ago and after I got installed they would not allow my window to work properly and created lots of wind noise inside. So I have tried to call this company several times and I haven’t been able to get through yet. They say on their website to email them so I’ve sent an email to every address I can find and not so much as a reply. I just want to return the product so I can get my money back but I can not get in touch with anyone and this has been going on for weeks. Pretty soon it’s going to be past my return window and I’ll be stuck with a faulty product and out over 100 bucks.
