I ordered a back seat cover for my 2019 Volvo *** I was sent the wrong cover. I have called WeatherTech every day for the past 10 days, but every time I call I am told I am around the 250th person in line. Eventually the call disconnects. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service email, and have had no reply. WeatherTech's return policy states the product must be unopened and returns will be rejected if the customer does not call the customer service hotline first. The company has made it impossible to return the wrong item they sent me due to their complete lack of service and their draconian return policy. There was no way to know it was the wrong item I received as the product number is tucked inside and not visible from the packaging (packaging is just a clear bag). My order is number *** I was supposed to receive Seat Protector# *** instead I received *** This does not fit! Over $150 wasted on this subpar product that doesn't even attach to the seat as it states in their advertising! I've been a lifelong customer to this company, and this is how they treat their customers. I am telling everyone I know about how terrible this company is. Can't get orders correct, and NO customer service. Sad. I'm buying from *** from now on.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We understand that the Seat Protector does not fit your needs and it is a Semi-Custom fit liner for the rear seat. I will issue a credit for the merchandise.

I immediately tried to call the customer service line but there were over 230 calls ahead of me and after 45 minutes I had barely moved up in the queu so I hung up and sent a detailed email regarding the missing item. The response was extremely slow and unsatisfactory. In several of their responses they actually were either incorrectly responding to my original complaint and even condescending in suggesting I overlooked the item in the box and should look again. Trust me, I can open a box, remove the contents, and count and check off the items, Finally on January 9, 2020 it seemed it was going to be resolved but I was told the refund would take 7-14 days because of the holidays. I responded this was unacceptable and I would expect it to be no longer than 5 business days. Here it is February 3, 2020 and I still have not received a refund or any further contact from the company. It has been 7 weeks since I first contacted WeatherTech on December 16regarding the missing item in my order and they still have not done anything to remedy the problem. Cost of the missing deskfone was $24.95 plus tax and related shipping fees. I know this does not seem like such a big amount but it is the lack of attention to, and correction of, the problem. It is honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I thank you for anything you can do to resolve this issue.

Ordered cup phone holder as a gift in December. Took longer than it was supposed to, but rec'd it in time for Christmas. Note: it arrived with no external wrap; mailing label on box with full description and item photo; so much for a surprise. January 3, completed online request to return item and rec'd auto-response, "...you will receive a response back shortly." Waited several days, heard nothing. Called WT customer service, 142 calls before me. Hung up. Called back 1/9, 120+ calls waiting. This time I held on for > 1/2 hr. Finally got rep who processed return and sent me a mailing label to print. Dropped off pkg at FedEx 1/11. Now, > 2 wks later, no acknowledgement of return from WT, and no refund to my credit card. Completely unacceptable lack of customer service, especially for a company that advertises so much. I would like my refund!

I ordered 4 cupFone Holders as Christmas presents, on the WeatherTech website, on 12/16. In addition, I paid $56 extra for 2 day shipping, to ensure that they would arive well before Christmas. I recieved a confirmation email the next day, but the order never came. On 12/22, I recieved a *** notice that the items would be delivered on 12/27. I immediately emailed customer service and said I wanted to return the entire order. Received no response. I emailed again on 12/27 asking to return the order, again, no response. When My credit card bill came, I disputed the $56 charge for expedited shipping, and was immediately refunded that part. we have now decided to keep one of the holders for ourselves, but have attempted tpo return the other 3, via the WeatherTech website. Even the online form is delayed, this is the message I got when I filled out their online form, "We apologize but, due to increased volume, response time to this request may be delayed" So, now I amd worried they will say I am beyond their 30 day return period (1/27).
What is wrong with this company? Their idea of customer service is terrible, they are very frustrating to deal with!

I purchased 2 door protectors and a bullet aluminum plate holder Over $200.00 worth of products for my car on Dec. 4th. There website says that they ship 99% of orders within 72 hours. I have called and been on hold for 30 minutes at a time and never get through. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. Finally today Jan 23rd and he said that my address was wrong. I asked them to change it and they said they couldn't . Said they had to refund my order and that I had to reorder it again. The guy was totally rude on the phone and basically told me I was in the wrong and not them. This is the last time I ever buy a weathertech product again! I have spent 1000's of dollars on their product in the past but not anymore. Better get better at Customer Service.
