I am trying to get a refund on an order that was placed on 1/1/20, with a total of $46.19. The order number is ***. I tried to return this item, but I needed to obtain a return authorization number to complete the return. I have filled out an online request to obtain this number several business days ago, with no response. I have called multiple times, only to be on hold for over thirty minutes and then have my call dropped. They do not call me back, and all further calls have the same outcome. On hold, and then dropped. They are making it impossible to complete this return. The lack of customer service is appalling.

We have responded to the Customer on 1/14/20 with a Return Authorization number and a prepaid *** label to return the merchandise. As soon as it is returned we will refund the account. Thank you.

I bought side window deflectors from this company a few weeks ago and after I got installed they would not allow my window to work properly and created lots of wind noise inside. So I have tried to call this company several times and I haven’t been able to get through yet. They say on their website to email them so I’ve sent an email to every address I can find and not so much as a reply. I just want to return the product so I can get my money back but I can not get in touch with anyone and this has been going on for weeks. Pretty soon it’s going to be past my return window and I’ll be stuck with a faulty product and out over 100 bucks.

I would not use this company. I have sent 2 emails regarding why my order was placed and not shipped. I have not heard anything back from them and when you call customer service is a joke. 63 callers ahead of me. My order was placed on 12/19/19 and has not even shipped yet. This is unacceptable behavior coming from a company that guarantees 99% of shipping out the door in 2-3 days. This company should not be able to do business over the internet.

We apologize for the inconvenience. I believe a WeatherTech Reprsentative has been in contact with you. A Return Authorization was created and a prepaid ***abel sent for the return. As soon as the item is returned to our Warehouse a credit will be issued.

I ordered mats for my new SUV on 12/27/19. I never received an email acknowledging my order but could find my order number on their website. As of 1/11/2020, I have not received them. I've tried emailing their customer service department, no response. I've tried calling 3 times but wasn't willing to wait in line with 165 other callers. When I bit the bullet and waited 54 minutes, I was told there was a problem with the credit card. Must have been wrong numbers entered (my fault) but they never bothered to email me or call. I gave the rep a new card number and he said he would pass that on to the sales department and they would email me and/or call to tell me that it was resolved. I have not heard a word from them. My order is still "processing" on their website. This is terrible customer service. Not enough people working there to handle the sales???????

My ordered was placed in Dec 2019. I have been trying to get a authorization number to return an item since they do not accept rejected or returned items without one. I submitted a request online Twice with absolutely no response. I have also mailed their sales department in attempt to get a hold of ANYONE there. I have called numerous times and been on hold each time for over thirty mins with customer service just to have their phone system disconnect me without ever talking to anyone. The system says their are over 200+ people waiting to talk to someone. Weathertech Says they have a 30 day return policy which will I find horribly unlikely I’ll hear back from them before that expires. Ridiculous process and horrible customer service. I wish a return label would be included with every purchase to save time, energy and money. I waste of $150 dollars.

I ordered two WeatherTech CupFones for Christmas gifts shortly before Christmas. Unfortunately, the product did not work with either of our cars. Their stated return policy requires that you receive a return authorization from customer service in order to return the product within 30 days of ordering. However, it is not possible to get through to customer service. I tried multiple different days and times with hold times of over 30 minutes. I can never get through to get my return authorization.

On 12-20-19 I ordered a Sun Shade from Weathertech for my *** SR5 vehicle. Upon receiving the item and put up the Sun Shade and it did not fit my windshield properly. I tried to contact Weathertech directly by phone on 1-2-20 but was put on hold with a cue of over 200 callers ahead of mine. I decided to fill out their request request form from their website. The form was submitted on 1-2-20 requesting a refund for reason described above. Immediately I received a confirmation email that my request was received and a representative would review my request and respond shortly. I waited a week - no response from Weathertech. I sent a second request form via their website on 1-8-20 and to date, no reply. I attempted once again today, 1-10-20 to call them directly but was put on hold with 120 callers ahead of mine. I am very upset about the customer service I received. I still have the item in my position waiting for Weathertech to confirm my return request with instructions for sending back the item. The cost of this item is over $50!
