My ordered was placed Dec 21, 2019. I have called numerous times and been on hold each time for over thirty mins with customer service just to have their phone system disconnect me without ever talking to anyone. The system says their are over 200+ people waiting to talk to someone. I have sent them several emails with no response. I was told weeks ago that it was on backorder and once they got it in they would ship out. I would send them emails every couple days and never heard a word. I called them today and finally spoke to someone and he told me they had been in Since Jan 1st. The rep thru email said when they was in they would ship and have them sent overnight to me. Here it is almost a month later and he still has not received the order I got him for Christmas. They have very poor customer service.

I am rejecting this response because: that does not explain why you don’t respond to emails about orders. It took a month from the order. It should never take that long to get a order. If I had kept calling I would still be waiting. The order was suppose to be canceled. Because I was suppose to get next day delivery which would have been Saturday. Then your company says it’s going to be Monday. I told them to cancel the order on Friday.

We do our best contacting Customers when there is Credit Card issue. We are sorry that you did not receive an email regarding the trouble in processing your card. We did contact you after the Revdex.com notice you gave a new Credit card and then cancelled the order. Our Holiday Season this year was challenging and we did our best to try and work through all of the issues but failed in a few areas. We do apologize.

I received a set of floor mats for my Infinity QX 60 for Christmas and found that the second row mats did not fit the built in clamps in the vehicle. The holes in the mats were at least 4 inches off. I called customer service about the misfit and was told to take pictures and forward to them via email. I was told by the customer service rep that he would get back to me immediately upon reviewing the photos. I sent the photos over a month ago and so far no response. I have followed up with numerous emails and left numerous voice messages to the individual customer service rep and have yet to receive a response. This appears to be a common occurrence with this company. I am very unhappy with the fit of the product as well as with customer service. I would never purchase another product from Weather Tech and would not recommend them to anyone.

As we can all see by the plethora of comments here, rather than poor customer service being the exception, it's more like the rule since they do not contact you. Luckily I paid with *** and they are taking care of the situation for me. Don't let them fleece you out of your money. Open a complaint with your credit card holder so the money can be returned to your card.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I put in an order on 1/4 and paid a whopping $27 for shipping, which is a total joke. Their response for their shipping charges is laughable, trying to pull the wool over customers eyes. For 3-4 items that would fit a typical box. If it was large or heavy items, that I would totally be ok with it and understand the charge. The only reason I took the plunge was because it was a gift certificate. I wouldn’t have purchased anything from them, if it wasn’t for that.

Fast forward 11 days, and I still haven’t seen my shipment from them. After I email them, I get a tracking number from FedEx, not from them, FedEx... They didn’t even respond to the email.

Stay away from them. There are similar products, if not better ones with better customer service and reasonable fees. Weathertech won’t see another dime from me.

I ordered cupphone in 12-20. Got an email stating the order had been processed and my card had ben charged. I also paid for 2 day shipping. I emailed them 4 times with no response, called 3 times ( with over 200 people in front of me) and didn’t have time to wait an hr. I finally called back today and got through for them to tell me there was a problem with my card and they always email customers with this problem. Then the lady only said she could charge my card or cancel the order. I told her to cancel the order. Weathertech customer service is joke. I would never by a thing from these clowns. GET IT TOGETHER. LEARN HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. WHAT A JOKE
