I purchased 2 door protectors and a bullet aluminum plate holder Over $200.00 worth of products for my car on Dec. 4th. There website says that they ship 99% of orders within 72 hours. I have called and been on hold for 30 minutes at a time and never get through. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. Finally today Jan 23rd and he said that my address was wrong. I asked them to change it and they said they couldn't . Said they had to refund my order and that I had to reorder it again. The guy was totally rude on the phone and basically told me I was in the wrong and not them. This is the last time I ever buy a weathertech product again! I have spent 1000's of dollars on their product in the past but not anymore. Better get better at Customer Service.

Ordered 1 phone holder 1 month ago. No word as to when I can expect item. Ordered it for Christmas gift. Here it is January 17. All I get is "in progress." Tried to call customer service with 200-plus callers ahead of me. Paid $60. At this point if I ask for a return -- how is that supposed to happen -- when will I get my refund. NO NO NO NO NO . I wish now I'd gone to auto parts store and bought something from there. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I thought WeatherTech was a reputable company. WRONG.

I purchased an incorrect item from WeatherTech and have tried to return it by both completing an on-line return form to receive an RMA number and then calling them when no email response from the on-line for occurred. I have called multiple times to the customer service number and have been on hold for more than an hour only to hear that there are are 143 other callers ahead of me. This inability to return an item seems to be a business technique to increase their sales and not provide any relief or honor their return policy.

By the time you reach them, you will be outside of your 30 day return window and then stuck with an incorrect item.

If this is not a scam company then it is grossly mismanaged.

I ordered 2 floor mats for my husbands truck in early Dec. He just didn't like them. I looked up the process to return them. I waited several times on the phone with each time at least 180 plus callers ahead of me. No mention of how long the wait might take. One time I waited down to caller number 22 only to get disconnected. You can imagine my frustration. I have emailed to get the return order # I need to return the product. They said due to high volume there is a delay in giving me that number. That was 7 days ago. Now it has gone well past the date of your return policy. This is ridiculous customer service for a well known brand. We live in a fast paced world of instant responses, 2 day deliveries. I am not buying into this... I feel like I and many others are not only being mistreated but scammed. If I do not hear back within 5 days I will contact my credit card & report this transaction as fraudulent on your part.

My ordered was placed Dec 21, 2019. I have called numerous times and been on hold each time for over thirty mins with customer service just to have their phone system disconnect me without ever talking to anyone. The system says their are over 200+ people waiting to talk to someone. I have sent them several emails with no response. I was told weeks ago that it was on backorder and once they got it in they would ship out. I would send them emails every couple days and never heard a word. I called them today and finally spoke to someone and he told me they had been in Since Jan 1st. The rep thru email said when they was in they would ship and have them sent overnight to me. Here it is almost a month later and he still has not received the order I got him for Christmas. They have very poor customer service.

I am rejecting this response because: that does not explain why you don’t respond to emails about orders. It took a month from the order. It should never take that long to get a order. If I had kept calling I would still be waiting. The order was suppose to be canceled. Because I was suppose to get next day delivery which would have been Saturday. Then your company says it’s going to be Monday. I told them to cancel the order on Friday.

We do our best contacting Customers when there is Credit Card issue. We are sorry that you did not receive an email regarding the trouble in processing your card. We did contact you after the Revdex.com notice you gave a new Credit card and then cancelled the order. Our Holiday Season this year was challenging and we did our best to try and work through all of the issues but failed in a few areas. We do apologize.
