I purchased front and back floor mats new 2019 *** Grand Cherokee. To begin to prepare my car for winter, I have put them in my vehicle. They do not fit properly and I am worried about safety. The floor mats do not stay put and are constantly moving in my vehicle, requiring me to adjust them (see photos). I am not able to fasten the front floor mats as the holes to do so are not aligned to the fasteners on my vehicle. The back floor mats slide as well and often slide under the front see of my SUV thus offering no protection. The mat for the rear cargo area appears to be too small as well and does not stay put.

In 2016 I purchased Window deflectors for the front and side windows. I followed the instructions exactly. They rattled almost immediately. Through phone calls and emails I was sent new tape to reinstall. It was winter weather so I waited to install in warm weather. Again the deflectors became loose. I repeated the emails and was assured new tape would be sent, which it was. Just enough to do 1 1/4 windows. So again I requested tape for 4 full window deflectors. I received 2 small rolls, once again, not enough for four deflectors. I am finished with Weather Tech deflectors!!!!!! Good products, lousy customer service.

TOTALLY unacceptable customer service. This is a very serious flaw in these floor mats and we expect the entire set (front and back) to be replaced immediately.

I could not find an order in our system so you will need to provide me with the Color of the Floorliners you purchased.

Purchased this overpriced cup holder because it was "Weathertech", for a birthday gift. Turned out to be slightly too small for the phone.
I called their customer service, and I use THAT term loosely. The person on the phone gave me a number to put on my return...AT MY EXPENSE. $8.00 shipping to get it here and now who knows how much to ship it back.
The person on the phone said, "we post the measurements on the website". Well guess what! IT WAS A GIFT and I didn't have access to "measure" their phone. They just bought a *** Ram and I also got them floor mats early. They purchased mud flaps and window deflectors. There will be no more purchases. He works on trucks and vehicles and will be sure to pass on my experience with other owners he deals with.
In the world of customer service, this companies customer service is NON-Existing. Such a disappointment from a company advertised to deliver the best. I would pay $50.00 no problem if the customer service existed and they really took great care of the client. I own a business and my customers are treated with value.
If there is ever a problem with an item, they are taken care of at my expense right away and they keep coming back! That's customer service.

I placed an order on June 22, 2019, paying an extra $242.20 for 2-day shipping. The total order was $1,186.72.

After having my order on hold for approximately 8-days (it is currently still on hold, marking today, July 2nd, the 10th day), I decided to call into their toll-free line.
I spoke with a woman who mentioned that her notes show someone tried calling and left a voice message. I did not receive a voice message from anyone from WeatherTech (I went through 228 voice messages to confirm). I mentioned that I also emailed WeatherTech's sales email but heard no response.
She said the order was put on hold due to needing a full name on the order. The order had a full name. I was confused. She mentioned that she would expedite the order to be sent out by Monday, July 1st.
It wasn't yet shipped.
I called again on July 2nd and was told I'd be transferred to "Jeff" (***, Senior Accounting Manager). Paraphrasing our conversation: when we connected, his immediate reaction was to start off hostilely and say, "I need a full name for the order or it's not going out", with a very unforgiving "character of voice".
After going back and forth for a bit, he ends with boasting how he ships to the Pentagon and that I need to appreciate this amongst his way of dealing with consumers.
At this point, I felt I was being harassed.
I challenged him. I think the upsetting part for him as he was already being challenged and felt as he is of higher superiority that he should have had complete respect and an umpteen amount of apologies for any misunderstandings that may have occurred. Instead of offering customer service, I felt I was offered the kindest replies if I were a prisoner inside some detention camp and should be so happy to have received it.
I'm not sure if it was because I was a female challenging a Senior Accounting Manager or if it was because he is generally a hostile person.
This can make for a very hostile environment inside their workplace and for anyone who calls in.

We will be working with Jeff on his Communication Skills and Customer Service Protocol. We do have a system of procedures in place on orders over $500 and Jeff was working on this but it does not excuse his behavior. We will work on releasing your order so that you receive it as quickly as possible.
