I placed an order on June 22, 2019, paying an extra $242.20 for 2-day shipping. The total order was $1,186.72.

After having my order on hold for approximately 8-days (it is currently still on hold, marking today, July 2nd, the 10th day), I decided to call into their toll-free line.
I spoke with a woman who mentioned that her notes show someone tried calling and left a voice message. I did not receive a voice message from anyone from WeatherTech (I went through 228 voice messages to confirm). I mentioned that I also emailed WeatherTech's sales email but heard no response.
She said the order was put on hold due to needing a full name on the order. The order had a full name. I was confused. She mentioned that she would expedite the order to be sent out by Monday, July 1st.
It wasn't yet shipped.
I called again on July 2nd and was told I'd be transferred to "Jeff" (***, Senior Accounting Manager). Paraphrasing our conversation: when we connected, his immediate reaction was to start off hostilely and say, "I need a full name for the order or it's not going out", with a very unforgiving "character of voice".
After going back and forth for a bit, he ends with boasting how he ships to the Pentagon and that I need to appreciate this amongst his way of dealing with consumers.
At this point, I felt I was being harassed.
I challenged him. I think the upsetting part for him as he was already being challenged and felt as he is of higher superiority that he should have had complete respect and an umpteen amount of apologies for any misunderstandings that may have occurred. Instead of offering customer service, I felt I was offered the kindest replies if I were a prisoner inside some detention camp and should be so happy to have received it.
I'm not sure if it was because I was a female challenging a Senior Accounting Manager or if it was because he is generally a hostile person.
This can make for a very hostile environment inside their workplace and for anyone who calls in.

First of all I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. I have spoken to Jeff (CSR) in regards to your discussion, and actually he came into my office after your conversation, and we spoke at that time. We will be working with Jeff on his Communication Skills and Customer Service Protocol. We do have a system of procedures in place on orders over $500 and Jeff was working on this but it does not excuse his behavior. We will work on releasing your order so that you receive it as quickly as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve this matter. We are working with *** to get their packages delivered. A case number has been assigned by FedX case ID9. There is a discrepancy in regards to what was entered on the website and where the package is to be delivered.

Problems with shipping. Customer Service is terrible. Still trying to track down my missing packages.

Place a order with this company that I canceled. Before I canceled the order they did a partial charge on my card for $217.14 which is still pending on my card. I did not authorize this.

Have contacted customer service several times but yet the order still shows on their website as in progress even do a costumer service rep sent me a email showing the order was canceled. So I believe the company is lying about this.

This order was placed using a loan credit card from ***com. Have emailed *** customer service to find out Weathertech has placed a $217.14 charge on my card and not returned the money to them. *** also saids Weathertech did not canceled the order and have not returned the $217.14 to them. The $217.14 shows pending on ***com website.

Have contacted and email many customer service reps at Weathertech about this. I am just getting the run around from this company.

The order was cancelled and so was any requests for monies from his Bank. A pre-auth may exist but we have no way of knowing since we do not have his credit card information or any transaction information - only the cancellation. He needs to go back to his Bank.

Disabled Veteran, ordered floor mats for my *** Cruze online. Got them as promised went to install and didn't fit. I called customer service, explained... they said you did t check limited when you ordered, its your fault. So I asked if they will send a return label. I was told that I have to pay for it myself. I went to ship back... Got charged $54 to send back.. I originally got charge $18 to have them shipped to me thur weathertech. Im so angry, I called back to completely cancel my order because of the amount I ended up paying for all the shipping when the order only was $109. The lady said she would have sent me a label and not charged me...WTF.. I didnt get her the first time..I WILL NEVER order anything from weathertech again!!

Hi I purchased a set of Weather tech window visors for my 2019 ***, I bought them from ***.com and they are very poor quality, they are sharp and cut my weather stripping on my brand new truck, and they are very brittle unlike what it shows in the video tutorial, they broke off in my channels and cut my weather stripping. I am very unhappy with your product and am hoping you will provide some sort of assistance. I am attaching a copy of my purchase receipt that shows where and when they were purchased. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
