I had purchased a products made by Weathertech from one of the authorized retailers and have issues with the Clear license plate cover that was purchased as after a few weeks the item has developed distortion in the plastics as well as the Moisture weather gasket that is built into the products is defective and allows moisture into the glass are and hinders the vision of reading the plaster # from law enforcement and is clearly defective. I was informed by email from a " Unknown weathertech rep" Thet the product can be hit with a hammer but not survive normal wear and tear" There is a supposed limited lifetime warranty however this manufacturer want to hold blame to its authorized seller and they say they didn't make the product and to contact weather tech. I am attaching a copy of my email correspondence with weather tech and they clearly wish not to resolve this matter instead play a the blame game !!!

I have read the Customer's Complaint and the response from out WeatherTech Email CSR and I am more than willing to replace the Clear Cover for Mr. B. I can ship it to the address provided but I would need to know what color of Clear Cover was purchased. We make a variety of colors and I do not see a color mentioned. Please let me know.

Through a third party (***), I ordered floor mats for a 2018 ***. Three times the product shipped from WeatherTech to the store was for a 2008 *** (P/N ***). After the third time, I contacted WeatherTech to resolve this issue. I explained to him the box was properly marked with the name of the vehicle and the part number for a *** (P/N ***); however, the product contained in the box each time was for a 2008 ***. First the customer service representative told me, it was my fault for not purchasing them directly from them. I told him *** was not putting their product into the box that it came to the factory that way. Therefore, had purchased the items directly from WeatherTech and received the wrong items (which was highly probable) I would then have to pay to ship them back. It is bad enough I have wasted by time and money to return to the store three times and still not have received the correct product. He asked for pictures of the box and materials.
To which I told him they have been returned through ***. The customer service representative proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do because it is just my word that I received the wrong product three times. He did not believe there was an issue on WeatherTech's end. I wanted these products installed in my car prior to our pending snow storm but that will not be possible at this point.

I would also like to know what *** Store that the original Floorliner was purchased to I can talk to the Distributor to find out what transpired.

On December 10, 2018, I placed an order for a set of LampGards (in addition to a trunk liner and bumper guard) for a brand new car I recently purchased. I received both items in a timely manner (but in separate packages). Due to the holidays, I didn't have an opportunity to open the large "envelope" the LampGards came in. I wasn't too concerned because I had bought floor liners prior to this purchase and was happy with all of the items. December 29th, I opened up the envelope to find that the LampGards were folded in half! I had watched the video provided by WeatherTech that shows how to apply the guards before purchasing them (in the event they were too difficult to apply myself). I wasn't concerned as they basically apply like that of window tint. Which, knowing about window tint, I am aware that creases are not good. The same day I contacted WeatherTech (via email) to explain the situation and my dissatisfaction with the condition of the LampGards (two - one for each headlamp $34.95 + tax and shipping). January 2nd, I received an apology from Julie at Customer Service and was told that I a new set would be sent out "right away". I received the second set on January 15th. Sadly, I noticed the packaging was identical to the first. I opened it to find the same issue. The LampGards folded in half and creased. I promptly contacted Julie and told her that the second shipment was received in the same condition and would like to proceed with a full refund. I asked what I needed to do on my end to get this matter resolved. I have yet to receive a response from Julie/WeatherTech, thus my attempt to resolve the situation via the Revdex.com.

Weathertech is not the company they claim to be. I ordered a cargo liner for my daughter's new 2018 CRV as part of her Christmas present. I let her have it early so she wouldn't get her cargo area messed up. Well Weathertech claims that their product is laser cut. We even called Weathertech to see if we installed it correctly. We did. The cargo mat was too large and the door on her CRV wouldn't close. I called and they allowed me to return it and they were baffled it wouldn't fit. Well I got my refund today and they only give refunds for the product and not shipping. Such a sham. It was their fault it didn't fit. If it was their fault which the customer service guy was baffled it didn't fit. I should also get refunded the ridiculous price of ~$14 for shipping. Why claim laser cut to fit?

I had ordered items from this company they changed me but wouldn’t send the items kept giving me different reasons why then they sent some of the items but not all of them I first placed the order on 10/21/18 with order number 506874286 and still have not yet received all my items but have been charged for all of them I keep calling they say it was shipped but never get item

I recently purchased mats for my 2018 *** CRV, based on the fact my family has long been purchasing WeatherTech mats for all kinds of vehicles. I did not choose to get the *** branded mats, as we have been impressed with the quality of WeatherTech mats and wanted to remain loyal to the business.
Unfortunately, the mats do not fit the vehicle at all. The cut outs and sizes are awkward and clearly do not match up with the floor layout. I escalated the complaint the customer service, who requested photos of the liners in the car, as well as photos of the parts # on the back of the mats. I provided both, with NO RESPONSE from customer service. I followed up to confirm receipt of the email/photos and the customer service agent again requested more photos? She simply was not going to respond to the email. I am frustrated with the service and the fact that I am battling to prove the mats do not fit, even though multiple photos were provided. What a waste of money and time spent.

Seriously, save yourself the headache and do not order from WeatherTech - wishing that I had just ordered from

I recently purchased mats for my 2018 *** CRV, based on the fact my family has long been purchasing WeatherTech mats for all kinds of vehicles. I did not choose to get the *** branded mats, as we have been impressed with the quality of WeatherTech mats and wanted to remain loyal to the business.
