Hi I purchased a set of Weather tech window visors for my 2019 ***, I bought them from ***.com and they are very poor quality, they are sharp and cut my weather stripping on my brand new truck, and they are very brittle unlike what it shows in the video tutorial, they broke off in my channels and cut my weather stripping. I am very unhappy with your product and am hoping you will provide some sort of assistance. I am attaching a copy of my purchase receipt that shows where and when they were purchased. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

The problem with on line companies is that it is easy for them to be deceptive in advertising. I purchased a cargo liner for my 2016 *** MDX assuming it would fit the flooring in the same shape as the car. Unfortunately, although it "fits" the space, it doesn't match the shape of the compartment. Even the box showed an image of the mat with a curved shape at the door. After re-examining the pictures I found pictures showing the mat without the shape that matches the car. It will work unless the exposed area receives damage. Buyer beware. 40664 cargo liner.

I ordered a set of floor liner for my ***es s-450 previously, which fit pretty well so ordered trunk liner again. But this does not fit my car and it is too short for my car. I sent the pictures as they requested but they said it's a correct part. They said it's laser measured and cut but this does not fit. I requested the refund but they refused to refund shipping fee because they sent right one which is not right and I am just not happy with their product. I should have read other reviews here first. Their representative was rude. She would not listen to me and kept saying that they do not refund the shipping fee because of my fault. I requested a refund because it does not fit, not because I just don't like it. Very disappointing.

I had purchased a products made by Weathertech from one of the authorized retailers and have issues with the Clear license plate cover that was purchased as after a few weeks the item has developed distortion in the plastics as well as the Moisture weather gasket that is built into the products is defective and allows moisture into the glass are and hinders the vision of reading the plaster # from law enforcement and is clearly defective. I was informed by email from a " Unknown weathertech rep" Thet the product can be hit with a hammer but not survive normal wear and tear" There is a supposed limited lifetime warranty however this manufacturer want to hold blame to its authorized seller and they say they didn't make the product and to contact weather tech. I am attaching a copy of my email correspondence with weather tech and they clearly wish not to resolve this matter instead play a the blame game !!!

I can ship it to the address provided but I would need to know what color of Clear Cover was purchased. We make a variety of colors and I do not see a color mentioned. Please let me know.

I am sorry that the original Company you purchased from did not take care of you.

Through a third party (***), I ordered floor mats for a 2018 ***. Three times the product shipped from WeatherTech to the store was for a 2008 *** (P/N ***). After the third time, I contacted WeatherTech to resolve this issue. I explained to him the box was properly marked with the name of the vehicle and the part number for a *** (P/N ***); however, the product contained in the box each time was for a 2008 ***. First the customer service representative told me, it was my fault for not purchasing them directly from them. I told him *** was not putting their product into the box that it came to the factory that way. Therefore, had purchased the items directly from WeatherTech and received the wrong items (which was highly probable) I would then have to pay to ship them back. It is bad enough I have wasted by time and money to return to the store three times and still not have received the correct product. He asked for pictures of the box and materials.
To which I told him they have been returned through ***. The customer service representative proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do because it is just my word that I received the wrong product three times. He did not believe there was an issue on WeatherTech's end. I wanted these products installed in my car prior to our pending snow storm but that will not be possible at this point.
