I recently purchased mats for my 2018 *** CRV, based on the fact my family has long been purchasing WeatherTech mats for all kinds of vehicles. I did not choose to get the *** branded mats, as we have been impressed with the quality of WeatherTech mats and wanted to remain loyal to the business.
Unfortunately, the mats do not fit the vehicle at all. The cut outs and sizes are awkward and clearly do not match up with the floor layout. I escalated the complaint the customer service, who requested photos of the liners in the car, as well as photos of the parts # on the back of the mats. I provided both, with NO RESPONSE from customer service. I followed up to confirm receipt of the email/photos and the customer service agent again requested more photos? She simply was not going to respond to the email. I am frustrated with the service and the fact that I am battling to prove the mats do not fit, even though multiple photos were provided. What a waste of money and time spent.

I apologize for the inconvenience. A new set of Floorliners were sent out yesterday - FedX tracking ***14. The CSR that worked with you yesterday is working on setting up the return for the incorrect merchandise that was shipped.

Update: WeatherTech gave me a refund and replaced the mats. I was impressed and appreciative of their willingness to remedy the situation. I received the mats and they are THE WRONG COLOR. Seriously, save yourself the headache and do not order from WeatherTech - wishing that I had just ordered from

Vehicle floor mats...three times this company sent me the wrong parts that connect the mats to the floor of my vehicle. This creates a safety issue when these expensive mats slip for they could (and have) compromise the gas pedal causing the vehicle to accelerate.

On October 5th 2018, I attempted to order a set of tan front and rear liners for a 1996 ***. When placing the order, I was met with a message stating an unknown error had occurred. I checked my *** account and saw that I had been charged for the order, but I received no confirmation email from WeatherTech. I immediately emailed their customer service with my concern that perhaps the order hadn’t gone through. They responded quickly that they could not find my order, and I replied that I would wait to see if the charge (which was pending in my bank account at the time) would post or just fall off. As of Monday the 8th, the charge had indeed posted so I contacted them again. They continue to tell me they can’t find any order. I sent them copies of my receipt from PayPal, the transaction from my bank account, as well as the order I placed with them showing all my information. Their response was that I must have ordered from ***, and because they are not an authorized retailer I would have to contact them. However, I explained to them I ordered directly from their website, as it shows on my *** receipt. I have attempted to resolve this through them, but they have stopped responding to my emails. I have also opened a dispute via *** in an effort to get this resolved quickly.

I do apologize for the inconvenience we have caused. Our *** department has researched and found the order. The order never exported to our Admin site to be processed fully. Since we cannot retrieve it from *** we have issued a *** refund to your account. You should see an email from *** messaging and your account credited in the amount of $197.90.

I've purchased weathertech mats for numerous vehicles over the years. So when I purchased my new F150 late last year it was anot obvious choice to go with weathertech.
Fast forward to about 4 months ago. My drivers side front mat (spent over 350 on weathertech site for full set frt and rear) started "curling" up under the drivers side door. I hose them off about once a month to get whatever dust and such has collected. So I put a heavy box on the area of concern, not once, but twice for an entire day in the Phoenix, AZ heat to no avail. They just go back to their normal shape.
This past Saturday I took the time to email weathertech to talk to them about what I do to get the obvious issues handled per their advertised "Lifetime warranty".
I was so suprised, when literally minutes later I received an email back from a "Sandi" at weathertech saying to basically do what I'd already attempted with the weighted box in the sun.
I emailed Sandi back about 15 minutes later, no reaponse. I then followed up this past Mondaya nd Tuesday and "Sandi" won't answer me back. I would think she would at least email me back that they have no intention of taking care of my clear warranty issue with their product. Very bad business. Weathertech you all should be ashamed of yourselves! I will tell everyone I know the treatment, or lack of, I've received from your company and will never buy another product from your company. My wife and I trade out of vehills every other year and they always get new mats. Of course Im just a small fish in a big pond. Shame on you!! Robert

I apologize for the inconvenience but I am more than willing to help you. I found your wife's order ***0 on 9/21/17 for a 2017 *** F150, carpet floor, Crew Cab for part #***1. I can have the warehouse pull a part and we can double check to make sure all is correct and send out a replacement. I checked *** emails and did see your original email but found no correspondence after that email.

My fiance Rachel k ordered rain guards from weathertech for my birthday because we wanted a quality product and thought they were a good company. So we followed the instructions .well while I was going down a highway they almost blew out. Lucky I was able to catch the one on the drivers side because it would have hit the car next to me. So we email weathertech and they asked us to take pictures. We took pictures of all four guards. So they said we will send tape for the back ones and new fronts. So we get the new fronts witch were the same as first ones we got and the tape and new clips ect. We install backs with tape and clips work a little better. but still a bad design and could be better we installed the new fronts and what do you think happened they almost blew out again so we emailed them and it was emails back and forth ware they are saying it’s our fault because we are not following instructions well if that’s the case then your instructions are wrong because we followed them. We even had my cousin that is a class a mechanic look at the fronts he said he even said we did everything right but we asked him can you install them well guess what he followed the instructions and they still did the same thing. So I called weathertech and all they said they can do is send us tape for fronts but they don’t recommend it because fronts don’t call for them ( well in the first order they never sent me tape for back so they don’t even send the right products needed) or they said I could return the products that I would have to pay for return fee and they would refund money back for products only. So I stated to them the back guards are on with tape that they sent me the second time to use so I didn’t want to cause damage to my rubber window seal taking them off so they said to me again well we can send you tape for the front but is not recommended and this was a back and forth battle. I asked for a manager couldn’t get me on I’m sorry there is always someone next in command I have been a manager before and know how the process works. They want me to call back Monday I’m tired of the run around and just want a product that works in my opinion weathertech is a bunch of con artists that accuse us customers as always being wrong. I planned originally on spending a lot of money at weathertech because I need mats for my 2016 *** renegade but I’m sorry but I will be shopping elsewhere. And to be honest the window rain guards were not cheap ether for a product with a *** poor design.

WeatherTech floor liner products are not as good as they advertise. The fit for my car isn't good at all, the front floor liners do not fit as advertised and slip all around. Called WeatherTech Customer Service to help resolve problems and their customer service is about the worst that I have ever experienced. I have no less than a dozen emails with them and two phone calls and they simple do not honor what they tell me on the phone or email.

WeatherTech Automotive Accessories Response • Jul 31, 2018

The notes on your Customer profile show that a replacement front set of floorliners were sent at no charge on 7/28/18. If you feel that the product is still not satisfactory please let me know and I will send you a label and you can return for a full refund.
