So ive been a customer of WeatherTech three times. Two of three times has ended poorly. I purchased mats for my 2002 *** liberty a few years ago, I called to return a couple weeks later as I no longer had the car. Sent the product back as they requested, and received no money back. I tried multiple times and never got any where and never received compensation or the mats back. Stupidly I thought it was an isolated issue and got over my frustration, and loss of money. A few years later I purchased mats for my current car, and window deflectors. Im happy with the mats, however the deflectors are awful. The wind noise they create is terrible, and the rattling against the glass is unacceptable. I wished to return the deflectors after a short period, only to be rudely corrected by a representative that its not warrantied even though the product did not perform as though it should, and that I would have to pay to return them. This is my final straw, ive already lost a lot of my money from my first set of mats that I was not reimbursed for, and now I have to pay to ship these defective products back. Very shady business practices, no wonder they make so much money.

I apologize for the inconvenience and I will be more than happy to email Mr. a label to return the Side Window Deflectors that he is not happy with and when they are returned we will issue a credit of $114.95 to the credit card on file.
In regards to the purchase for the 2002 *** liberty a credit was issued on 5/6/14 in the amount of 179.90 but the transaction was never completed. I have consulted with our Accounting department and we will issue a check in the amount of 179.90 and send it to the address on file.

Well .. the box arrived a day later than they told her it would also the box had their name all over it and was left at the back door of my house. I found the box with weather tech all over it ruining my wifes gift to me. So her being upset was like well open them since you found them. We opened them and they look like cheap plastic mats with lips flipping up .. so every time you get in the truck your foot hits it. Totally disappointed in this product and will NEVER and I do mean NEVER suggest to anyone to buy anything from them. Thank you for upsetting my wife .... ruining her gift to me ... and for the very poor quality of your product. I purchased rain guards for my 2017 *** and the drivers side was defective not allowing my window to go up all the way towards the back of the window. I contacted them via email with no response. After a few weeks I called. Melvin was helpful and advised me if its defective or damaged it would be replaced. When I removed the rain guard it broke. I advised him of this via his direct email. He requested photos. I sent photos on November 2nd to get the return process going and have heard nothing since. I just want a replacement for the drivers side otherwise I want a refund since I spent about $400 during that transaction. I have to drive around with 3 rain guards.

I ordered mats from Weathertech that they reprepresented as being a perfect fit for my vehicle. Instead they sent mats that did not fit, and furthermore, were dangerous. They allowed me to return the bad mats and they proceeded to try to sell me a more expensive mat instead.

The mats Mr. B chose were the All Weather Mats from our Website. The Website states....All-Weather Floor Mats were intended to give the best possible protection for your vehicle floor. Many of our front and rear mat applications are model specific, while others are assigned as the best possible fit for the vehicle from our many shapes and sizes. Some rear mat sizes are designed to be trimmed so that they may be customized to fit almost any vehicle.

We do offer a Tray type of mat that is vehicle specific and is Custom to the vehicle but it is more money than what Mr. B chose. I see they mats have been returned and Mr. B has been credited for his front mats.

I will pass along his feedback in regards to the fit to our Product Development team and appreciate his information.

Ordered mudflaps for 2008 *** 2500. They didn't fit. Tried to return. Went to web page for returns and submitted order number. Was told order number was invalid. Called company. Was told order number was invalid. They do this to keep from having to refund purchases. It is a scam.
