ATT is hiding customer local usage and requesting customer to subpoena AT&T in order to find/get what numbers (local usage zone 1-3) I made in the past I filed a complain last week and they told me that it is their policy not to share this information unless I sue them in court and subpoena those information (03/05/@9:37am) I am surprise that Revdex.com gives AT&T a rate A+ as this policy definitely harms the measured rate customers Customer can no longer validate their usages and not being overcharged by ATT At this time I have no other ways to challenge the call charges (bundled amount) shown on my bill as I don't have any data to support my argument Bottom line, AT&T is pushing customer to move to a flat rate plan (more expensive) to avoid this situation

On 10/I had called in to add new lines of service to my accountFirst we were on the at&t app trying to do this via their chat with one of their representatives, the order would not populate to the representative gave us a phone # to call so we did After being on hold over min I finally was able to talk to someone I was on the phone for over hours once I finally was connected to a representative We were able to set up new lines with the new [redacted] and we added an [redacted] mini and were told both by the representative via chat and the one on the phone that after adding all this, our bill would only go up $per month We had to pay for the [redacted] plus the tax on the new phones and they were also throwing in a case for the [redacted] This would all be priority shipped so we should have it by 10/or 11/at the latest On 10/I go to track my order and I see that nothing is as we were told it would be, we were being charged for everything that we were told we wouldn't be charged for Due to 10/being Halloween and having small kids, I was not able to call in until 11/ When I called in, I was on hold for minutes before I was connected to an actual person and then transferred twice where I had to explain the whole thing over and over again, the third time I was transferred I was in the middle of telling the representative what was going on and he put me on hold in the middle of talking with no explanation, then the hold recording stated they had longer than usual hold times and to please remain on the line...after being on the phone for over a total of 1hrmin getting nowhere, I hung up while on hold and told my husband to call and deal with this issue tomorrow as I was done trying to talk to AT&T 11-we received the iPad micase (like we were promised and the guy on 10/got manager approval for)My husband called in at It's not and he is still on the phone and has been transferred over times already and has to continuously repeat everything from the beginning for each new person that is supposed to "help" I just want to cancel our [redacted] , cell phones and direct tv after having to deal with this I am now shopping around

Naturally I am an advocate for ATT but they have really upset meI have been with them for a few years and typically don't have any complaints but now I am truly baffled I spoke with an representative about being charged $in restoring fees because my services where disconnectedWhich in my opinion in ridiculous and a rip offApparently they charge you separately for reconnecting your servicesHe directed me to call someone and they tell me that its nothing they can do because it wasn't their errorThan I asked her so why would he direct me to you, if he knew there was nothing you all can doShe gave some lame excuse, I told her I was upset and disappointedThey I good bye, she laughed! She literally laughed (I'm guessing she thought I didn't hear her), the only reason why I didn't say anything was because I had to go a meeting and had no time to give her a piece of my mindI'm really disappointed with ATT and the customer service I received todayFor the money you all receive from me monthly I should be treated better than that

I've been with AT&T for almost yearsI've never not paid my bill, I've been a good and loyal customerI upgraded my phone this past May and the woman who I dealt with while upgrading basically lied to me exactly times during our conversationI'd lost my job, I was due for an upgrade at no cost so I decided to upgradeI explained to this woman that I'd lost my job and if I couldn't keep my monthly bill in the same area that it was then I didn't want to upgradeShe assured me FOUR TIMES - FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES - that my bill would not be that much different and suggested a phoneI followed her suggestions and ordered the phoneAbout weeks after getting the phone I get a bill that was $MORE than what I'd been payingAfter thinking about it I decided to keep the phoneI notified [redacted] that I was keeping the phoneI notified them more than once and each time was told it was fine, it'd be on a monthly payment plan, etcThen I get a text and an email saying I owed $and would lose my service if it wasn't paid immediatelyI chatted with someone on their chat help line and was told by this man that everything on my account was "fine" and that he'd made "all the necessary changes" so that this huge amount would be back on the monthly planI kept the transcripts of this chatA day or so later I get another text with the same message - pay $or lose my serviceI called AT&T at am that morningI did not get off the phone until 4:that afternoonEveryone I spoke with gave me different details but everyone ended by saying there was nothing I could do, it was a "valid charge" and I had to pay the $I explained what had happened, what I'd been told to do, and that I'd lost my job and needed my cell phone service because I have a terminally ill parentI did NOT have $to spendThey did not careOne person passed me on to another, then to another, then to another - I was told there was nothing that AT&T would do to help me, then I was told to sign back into the chat session because they "have the records" and I was told that THEY would be able to fix thisOf course back on the chat line I was told they would do NOTHING about this, and a so-called "manager" actually told me that I should have known I was being given the wrong information when everyone was telling me my account was fixed and I'd be paying on the monthly scheduleI SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THEY WERE GIVING ME INFORMATIONHe actually told me this - I have those chat transcripts alsoI was also told that AT&T does not monitor anything that goes on on their chat lines, they have no records, they are separated from the chat lineOf course this was a lie - and I was told later by ANOTHER employee that I'd been lied to about that, that AT&T does have control over the chat line, they do have records, and they can access those recordsI finally ended up scheduling to pay that $in payments and it just made me sick to my stomachI don't have a steady job right now, I'm paying all of my mom's bills right now, I'd had some unexpected medical costs hit me at that same time, PLUS it's this close to ChristmasThe money I thought I had to spend on my kids for Christmas went instead to AT&T.Even though I set up the scheduled payment and gave my bank info, a few weeks later I get another threatening email saying I'd "missed" a scheduled payment and they shut off my cell phone serviceI only knew they had done this because my son was trying to reach me on a Sunday evening and couldn'tMy service was shut offSo that following Monday again I'm back on the phone, and this time was told that I was NOT to have the payments taken out of my account automatically, even though the woman who set up the plan told me the payments WOULD BE taken out automaticallySo I had to set up ANOTHER payment planThey've now taken over $from me, and when I logged on tonight to check my balance I see ANOTHER "past due" notice and a demand for $instead of the monthly amount I was told ORIGINALLY, BACK IN MAY, I'd be paying I also was told there is no one at AT&T who would be interested in the chat transcripts I had saved - they wouldn't even give me the name or contact info of ANYONE I could send them toWhy the [redacted] do they have the option to save transcripts if those transcripts cannot be used in case of a dispute? Do they think they're interesting reading or something?? To make it even worse, the phone SUCKS I hate this company nowI tell everyone what they've done to me, and I will never refer anyone to AT&T unless they're someone I dislikeI have sent a complaint but they never respondedThe employee who told me I'd been lied to about the chat line gave me a corporate address to contact, which I'm in the process of doingI'm also going to the Revdex.com and actually any other site I can find to post a complaint and this story I will useI want nothing more to do with AT&T and am looking now for another cell phone company to go toI frankly do not care if AT&T tells me I cant leave, that I am under contractAll they've done is lie to me, mislead me, and take my money And my son found on the internet info about a huge lawsuit they just recently lost for doing similar things to customersThey LOST that lawsuitYou'd think they'd be wanting to be pretty careful to NOT do the same [redacted] to customers again but there you have it....and reading thru these other complaints I see this is not an aberration - this is par for the course for AT&TObviously they treat all of their customers like thisWhen I mention to anyone who my cell service is thru I get the exact same reaction every time: "Oh I HATE AT&T, you need to dump them" and "I've had the exact same problems with AT&T" and "AT&T is well known for screwing their customers" and etc and etc I just want out and I want to NEVER have to deal with these clueless, ignorant AT&T employees again

My business got a letter stating my service contract term will end soonI called the numberAfter minutes of hold music, I got a person who asked me yes or no, would I like to hear about more products and servicesI said I just want to renew my service contract and see if I could lower my billShe told me to say yes or no, so I said noShe gave me the price to renewI told her it was expensive for a fax line we use a few times a month, can I get a better planI guess because I said no, she could not help meShe told me to call the phone number for plans on my phone billSo I didA computer voice told me he understood full sentences and asked me what I neededI said I needed to talk to somebody about my plan and serviceAfter repeating that times, he told me to holdIt has been over minutes, and I've hung up because I have work to do and I've kept this line tied up for a very long time with absolutely nothing accomplishedI have locations and a home with phone services, and a business package with cell phonesI HATE dealing with AT&T, and would love to find a better optionWhy don't you want to talk to me? Why did you send me a letter asking me to call about my "contract" and not help me? Did I say the wrong thing unknowingly, or will you only help me if I listen to your offers for iPads and cell service I already have and internet services I don't want?

AT&T Address: Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD This place is beyond every possible critique, except a few small exceptions...First of all, I do not appreciate being called an it from an employee, whose paycheck is signed thanks to us, the customerEdward was extremely rude, judgmental, and temperedI went to ask for an upgrade, but I guess I did not appear like a man, who he should respectHe tried to talk me out of it, every possible way, although I was willing to pay the remaining $from my old phoneHe just did not want to deal with me.As I walked out, he claimed that I broke the door, which had already appeared in a very poor conditionThen, the man had the nerve to call me an "it"...Sadly, this is not the first disappointing experience at this location, except this time it really spilled the bucket...I will never set foot in that place again, and I will definitely cancel my service at the end of September, as I just paid for it!

I am very disappointed with this companyI have never had more problems with a cell phone carrier than I have with AT&TI completed warranty replacements several months ago, returned the defective devices, and received all documentation saying the items have since been receivedI have been charged for both phones that AT&T will not issue me credits for, and now my account has been suspended multiple times due to a supposed passed due balance, and I receive no help from any department or store representative I speak withI have called or times and been to the store onceI keep being redirected to different departments who all tell me they are not the correct department to fix the problem, and then redirect me againEvery time the charges are put into "dispute", but nothing ever happens to resolve this

Be ware of the salesman gameWhen you call AT&T to subscribe service ...you are dealing with a person who will tell you anything to get a sale

Cannot get service about having switched from *** to *** and getting my bill to reflect the change in costthey want me to pay for both over $for service I am not getting and then will credit me in about six weeksNo one (half are not in the US and can't do anything but read a script) will put in writing that this will actually happenAnd now after an hour on the phone they disconnected me from a manager who might have been able to do something

They take channels away at randomCost way to muchAfter you close your account they keep adding a billFirst saying the balance is then Will it ever end ? And never let them have access to your bank account because they will take out amounts you did not okay

Scam artists and liars! I started recording my phone conversations with AT&T after about the 3rd month in a row I had to call them about billing issuesThey always claim it's fixed and they have me on a promotion then the next month I'm charged even moreI just cancelled them today because I was told I was in a year contract for around $back in March (2016) now my bill for August (2016) is around $all of sudden?! I informed the lady who didn't help me at all that I had the conversation recorded saying I was locked in at that rate for a year and she didn't care at allI told her to cancel my service and when it was done she said I had an early termination feethat's funny because what am I terminating early if I'm not under contract? I also have that recordedThat's only one problem out of MANY I've had with them trying to rip me offThey repeatedly tried to scam me and they just get away with it? I've never had such a poor experience with any company

So I was notified that someone used my ss number and opened an account with AT&T
Called AT&T and asked them what they intended to do about it they said they turned the phone off and that was all they was going to do
I was hoping they would go after the person for fraud nope no can do
I would like to know if others have had a problem and what was done would like to file a class action lawsuit against them

I have used ATT for better than yearsThis is by far the most crooked company I have done business with! I have filed a complaintIf my health and funds would allow I would sue them! A year ago they sent me a new router free of charge and a label to return the oldIt needed to be sent back to them in so many days and via UPSWe have no UPS around us and I must find help to get things doneWell the label expired so I called to get a new oneIt never cameSo being honest I had someone take it to usps and sent it insured, signature confirmation priority mailI then noticed a charge of 169$ on my billThey refused to remove it because I did not use their receiptAlso a year prior to that I was having trouble connecting to the internet had to make many calls, each time refusing the connect-a-tech serviceAfter months same issue came up and again they tried to force the connect-a-tech serviceI said NO! I can't afford itThey said I had had the service for over a year! This also I received no credit forI live off a small disability check and this really hurts!! I have many more surprises re- ATT but this is getting to be a long postGOD will repay, I am sure of that!

AT&T has changed out our DVR box times due to problems Every time they changed it out, they had to delete all of our saved shows We (my husband and I) like to save our shows and binge watch them later This last time was the final straw The DVR kept rebooting, over and over again for an hour My husband was then on the phone with someone for another hour trying all sorts of things only for the guy to tell him that they had to swap out our DVRagain For such a giant corporation with so many resources, it is inexcusable that they could not diagnose the problem correctly the first time, or even the 2nd and it is inexcusable for them to not have some sort of cloud/offsite backup for our shows All this has happened while our bill continued to rise to $150/mo We are now disputing the early termination fee since we shouldn't get charged for services we weren't even seeing Who knows how long this problem would have gone on for The only real solution was to get rid of them altogether

Signing up with AT&T Uverse, the expense was high but they offered to off set it with a rewards card of $which they told me I had to have services for days before I could get it so at the end of days and nothing came so I called them and was told that the rewards card was in the mail, they had just mailed it out and I should receive it in a week so weeks later I call and they tell me the rewards card had expiredI never received anything in the mail or email except the billsThey again agreed to sent me the rewards card which I would receive in weeks, eveytime I talk to them it is the same thing,,, it is in the mailI don't believe they ever intended to sent me anythingI have a copy of the chats where they told me I should be getting the $rewards card soonToday I talk to them again and they said there was nothing on fileNo I don't think they ever were going to sent anything outThey promise things so you can sign up but they don't fulfill their promisesAlso they changed my service plan without explaining it to meThey just do whatever they want too and they don't care about the customers at all

we went fron comcast xfinity 45mbps internet to att dsl 6mbps internet after a move to a new house...and att dsl was all that was available...we ordered the directv and 6mbps internet packagewe started getting messages about going over a 150gb limit a month...never was informed there was a limit for slow dsl internet...now I seen if you have internet and a tv package, your internet will be unlimited...suprise! no it isnt unlimited for slow dsl internet...just the faster unavailable packages we can not recieve where we live

I was a customer of AT&T and for the past two months have attempted to downgrade my Uverse to to save money as my bill climbed to $per monthOn both occasions I was told that my account would be changed and my new billing amount would be in the area of $before taxesIn August 2015, I finally cancelled my AT&T Uverse account as my bill remained at the $markThey never showed any change in my accountIn fact when I requested the change the second time, AT&T said they would send an AT&T gift card for $to make up for customer satisfactionNever received this card or credit for either month of service that I paid for even though I had requested that it be droppedVERY poor customer service

I was promised an dollar a month billI received one for There were activation fees that I was not informed ofMy employee discount was not applied and I was today that it wouldn't be for a "Few months"The woman I spoke with claimed there was no one in the world who could correct thisI mentioned several times the recorded conversation I had with the man who made all of these promises and no one wanted to listen to it or look into itI was told they would pay cancelation fees for my last phoneI was informed today that I would have to pay the dollars and they would pay me back with a visa, and she didn't know when I would get thatThat's a different departmentAlso made mention of the fact that me and several other people in this town cannot get service, or receive or send text messages to several peopleAlso not their concernThis was my second time calling inFirst time was in regards to the lack of service and I was hung up on, twiceI am being charged an activation fee for a free tablet, plus dollars a monthAll I was ever told was freeI paid dollars to activate the phone and as far as I was told that was itAfter being hung up on again today, I received another call from a manager who after or so minutes also told me how much she cared and how much she couldn't do anything to make it rightAsked for something proving I signed anything agreeing to pay all these fees and was once again hung up onI was speaking to a MARK in chat also, how said he was going to get his managers approval to waive these fees, but then that chat mysteriously shut down before he could do it, again with no noticeI've never been more disappointed with a company, lack of communication and moral integrityI will get out of this contract as soon as possible and will be sure to let every one I can know what to expect if they decide to go with att
