ATT is the worst company in the US to deal with, period They are messed up on all levels During a move I tried to add *** and consolidate my bills for a land line, cell, and *** I started in May and ATT make mistakes every step of the way I have spoken to them at least a dozen times maybe as many as times All the people you contact or can contract since the VM system try but since the system is a mess they can't get anything right and in more than one case make it worse Managing multiple systems is not what they are prepared or trained to manage I spent two hours today getting an overcharge handled First it shouldn't have happened, second it should have been cleared up within a few minutes They gave me another number to get the *** statement with a $balance stopped During the call I got a call center with so much noise behind it the location must be a call center ran in another country I don't have an issue dealing with them just don't have so much noise behind you that you can't hear me is not respectful nor professional I don't have time to state all the places they messed up over the last few months, from voice mail not working to people making changes in an effort to help but messed things up more They couldn't have done any worse if they tried No one person to call and they can't fix all your issues What an awful, awful experience with what should be a company with first class service Shame on you ATT you are the worst ever

I had at&t dsl and now I switch over to at&t *** and at&t dsl is still charging me

AT&T is literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with I have spent months and tickets trying to resolve an issue we have had I reached out back in September via the messaging system on AT&T's website inquiring about ways to lower our monthly bill I was advised that the best option for lowering out bill would be to bundle with *** At the time we didn't have cable services I agreed because I was informed that our bill would drop about $100/month Our first bill came out and ended up being $more that what our bill was prior to the change I immediately called AT&T and requested to change the services back to what they were prior to the change because the information provided was false I was then advised that I was in a month contract and would have to pay to cancel the services Never during the chat communication was a contact discussed as I can prove because to confirm I was being billed correctly screenshots of said conversation were taken I was on the phone for over an hour and half only to be hung up on by a "manager" because I wanted to stay on hold until I received an email from him that I could provide the documents of the chat to I called back and spoke to someone different who then opened my first ticket After the allotted 5-business days of not hearing back I called back to check on the ticket only to be told it was closed that they had the wrong phone number on file This incident then happened again with the 2nd ticket The third call after reviewing everything again and phone numbers being correct I was advised that the bill was changed and lowered back to my original amount but requested that I speak to someone in the department because I needed previous bills changed back as well Never hearing back again I called and was advised the ticket was closed with no notes A fourth ticket has now been open for about days This has been so incredibly frustrating I want to fulfill my cell phone contract with this company and uphold my end but AT&T does not uphold there's and I am at my whits end I would not suggest AT&T to anyone

My mom has dementia and we had to change a bankBank advised that the account would be open for things to clear for days Apparently they only meant for deposits We were on auto bill pay with AT&T I was on a trip and with only having been weeks past the billing date, when the auto payment was refused on the old account, AT&T shut my moms service off without speaking to me My mom has not been late and has been a customer for years When I called, even though the funds were going to be available in the new account the next day, they refused to begin service until the "past due" balance was paid Again, my mom had the premium service and her bill is $per month and she was only weeks past the payment date! I am sure that AT&T has made money on the account over the years and instead of making this right, they chose to take advantage of a bad situation So, I guess, I hope they made enough money They will be losing this account for sure In fact, I will be sure to post this as many places as I can to show the type of company that they are Also, spent hours on phone calls trying to get this fixed My sister twice and myself times Multiple calls, multiple holds and multiple hours of waiting and talking to a mechanical sales recording The very last person I spoke with was by far the nicest, but he was limited in what he could assist with REALLY BAD!

I have been a customer of AT&T for months, with cable, internet and wirelessWhen I signed up with them, I didn't realize that they are one of the few wireless companies that don't roll you to 3G service when you reach your 4G limit, they charge you more insteadWell, after paying $a month for 2G's of data (I had to get an extra G added earlier in the contract because one was never going to be enough) I realized I was being over chargedSince I was on a year contract, I knew I would have to pay an early termination fee, but, as I looked at the numbers, it was worth it to get out of the contract
I ended up having to call over dozen times to accomplish goals: cancel the contract, port the number to my new service and unlock my phone so I could use it After about 18-calls to customer service, of the goals were accomplished; however, to unlock my phone, I was told to go to their websiteI didIt didn't workI was told I had to pay the early termination fees firstSo I called yet AGAINI paid $to free up my phoneThe last words the rep spoke were, "Wait till the charge clears your bank, then you can log in and unlock your phone."
I waited days, the charge cleared, I logged on and found out that they never put the $towards my early termination feeInstead, I had $credit on my cable and internet account with themSo I called back yet AGAINI explained the situation the customer service rep and was told there was not anything they could doI asked to be escalated and was told that was impossibleAfter being put on hold, I was told that they could refund my money, and I could pay again, so that they could have another try at doing what they were supposed to do the first timeI begged them not to do that because it would add days, if not weeks to the processUnfortunately, that is exactly what they didSo, I am now waiting 5-business days for my money to hit my account again, only to have to call back yet AGAIN and waste more of my time on the phone with them trying to handle such a simple task, but one that has yet to be accomplished
I have decided, even though the cable and internet service has been good, to cancel all of my accounts with AT&T based solely on the poor poor customer service
Apparently, AT&T has gotten so big, the head is eating the tailThey either don't know what they are doing or they just don't care, but I don't want to keep giving my money to a company that can't handle the most simple of tasksI wasn't asking them to perform emergency brain surgery or rocket science, just cancel my account, tell me what I owe you, let me have what's mine and go on my wayThat was all I wanted

When moving to another state and attempting to cancel my AT&T internet service, it took several different calls to reach a representative who did not try and sell me something and would just simply cancel my serviceI spent more than an hour trying to cancel my accountApparently there is no way to cancel one's account online, which seems very bizarre in Other large (and small) companies have this optionIn addition, when I finally received my last monthly statement, indicating a credit of $38.33, I had to call into customer service and spend over minutes on the phone processing this requestWhen I asked why they just did not include a refund check in the mail with my last monthly statement, the representative replied nonsensically that they need to make sure the amounts match up with what they send meThis makes no senseI honestly feel that AT&T should be penalized for trying to keep customers credited money and making it extremeley difficult to cancel accountsI would never use AT&T unless forced due to it's monopolistic practices in particular geographies

ATT has the worst customer service everThey do not care about their customers at all, and I've heard of them laughing at customers, hanging up on them, and it's apparent on here when you read their cookie cutter reply to every review posted: "AT&T considers customer feedback an important tool in improving our customer service performanceWe appreciate opportunity the customer has provided to improve and ask that they provide the Revdex.com with information so that AT&T can work to resolve the customer's issue." That's a lienow watch they respond to this same review with that same BS line, ha!

AT&T customer service is worstI guess there is no use of Customer SERVICE
First when I called that I have a change in plan and I have been charged incorrectly.They told that there is no change in plan and you are charged correctly.After that when I shouted at her, she told that she is looking at the notes after that she told that yes, there was a change..After that I told her to adjust, she is saying that she can't do

This company has lied to me regarding my billThey constantly adds hidden costs and have aweful customer service Months after I canceled with them, they are still trying to bill me despite having already paid down my bill

Im so happy that I have at&t they are great I had some issues paying my bill they worked with me and I spoke with a manager there named *** she was great and got me back on track with everything and restored my serviceThank you!

I was very upset with ATT customer retention department I was calling to asked to reduce the plan so I can save the money on my cell phone The customer Rep offer me unlimited data, talk, text in North America I asking her to make sure that when I travel to canada I can used the same as in the united states right? she said absolutely no worry plan when I travel to canada or mexico just like I am in the States I was so happy finally ATT have the same plan as Tmobile and I do not need to switch company So when I travel to canada only days and I received a text message saying that I had used 90% of my data and if I used over I will have to pay extra $ So when I came back to the Stated I called ATT and I was on the phone with them for almost hours long one person transfer to another person and I keep have to repeat and explain all over and over again But in the end they told me that they all responsible making a mistake saying it but the plan is the plan nothing they can do and I have to be full responsible to pay for the bill and nothing they can do about it So they make a mistake and lie to you but you have to pay the bill no matter what What kind of company is that, that is calling like cheating on the client and lie to the client no matter what just lie to get the business and I told them I like to cancel the service and payoff my phone they told me that if I payoff the phone plus penalty will be come out over $to pay in full to payoff what a rip off company and cheating Customer are so terrible and they do not take full responsible for what they lie to the customer and they do not care that why all our job bring over sea because of those people working not responsible and the company training no good Big company monopoly does not care what the customer and losing one customer is no big deal with them

On 10/1/I spoke with a Tracy *** who was extremely RUDE, she kept trying to talk over me I called prior to this because I wanted to be put on auto pay The gentleman that I spoke to forgot to hit the finish button so it did not process which in turn I was late So, when I called back to pay and wanted to get on auto pay I get a hold of Tracy *** After, I explained what I wanted to do she says Do you want to pay your bill? I'm thinking really what did I just say She kept trying to talk over meStupid!!! It was like she did not have a brain so mam do you wish to pay on your bill, I said why do you think I calledAgain her reply was do you want to pay your bill I asked to speak with someone else hopefully they would have more brains than this itI spoke with Morgan from Morgan form Michigan and he was very helpful and even helped me get my gift card that was promised to me when I signed up months ago As far as Tracy *** she needs more training and needs to have some manners when she is dealing with customers

First I would like to say that we were happy with AT&T internet and cable signalThat's the only thing that is good about AT&TFirst we've been paying for our AT&T bundle $for years actually it changes, now it went up to $Every thing went up, the cable, internet and phoneIt doubled the pricenot only that they added a channel that we never asked them to doThey added TV U450Latino channel cost $and we are not even LatinoWhat the heckMy husband called about that channelWe never authorized them to add that channelNow they are stating that it was added due to my brother's phone upgrade, my brother weren't so happy with their service he paid his phone full just to get out of this company it was back in AugustMy brother did not upgrade his phoneNow they won't remove the channel and they said we are stuck with that channel....A channel that we never watch and don't understand...does that make any sense!!! why would we pay for a channel that we never use and watch and don' t understand...I really hope someone can do something about this....this is not right...instead of staying with this company we are now leaving due to bad service and fraud...adding a channel without our consent..if they want people to stay in their business they need to learn how to care for their customer and not adding something that they did not authorize....I hope someone can take over this company and run it the right way...the HONEST way not the FRAUDULENT way!!!!

I'm not sure how AT&T is still in business other than for their mobile phone service, as all I ever hear about their internet, cable, phone, and mobile service are negative experiences, with the customer service being the worst of all If you try to contact customer service, be prepared to be on the phone for upwards of an hour, and to at that point possibly not even have your issue resolved
I would never recommend AT&T to anyone, and will never do business with them

I chose to enroll in an internet plan with AT&T because someone suggested that the internet was faster and a better deal than ***
I have had AT&T internet for half of a year and for the first months or so, I had no issuesCome August, I started noticing that my internet would drop intermittently throughout the week for no clear reasonEach time, sometimes multiple times a day, I would have to reset my router to get it to function properly and connect to the internet until the next time it dropped
After a few weeks, I called to have a technician come and take a look because the representative I spoke with said he could not access my routerThe technician came out the following weekend and said that the cables or some cord had been damaged outside but that he fixed itMy internet worked for about a week after the technician came
Now, once again, my internet is dropping multiple times a daySometimes the network won't even appear as a network I can connect toOr, it will say I'm connected to the internet but that my connection is "limited"
I do some work from home and need a reliable internet connectionI have a hard time justifying paying nearly $of my hard-earned money every month for an unreliable internet service when I received basic internet and basic cable from Time Warner for the same amountAnd, I had zero issues with the internet for the entire and a half years I was a customer
When I called once again to see about resolving this issue the second time, the technical support representative told me that since they are not available to help troubleshoot any issues after p.mduring the week, that I would have to wait until the weekend to call since I work full-time
The poor quality of service and high cost for such poor service are completely unacceptableSo I will be switching my internet service providerOnce the new equipment with the new provider is installed, I will be returning the equipment to the nearest AT&T location

Unfortunately, AT&T is not a truthful company They do like to scam you, so be very careful I took out DirecTV through them and was told I had a two year contract Afterwards I found out that it was only months for the price and I had to still stay with them Since this was our first dish experience, I did not know you had to clear snow off to receive a signal and they did not inform me of this either After the months ended the price went up over $and did not offer any new promos to me I cancelled! Of course, they charged a cancellation feeI love my new Hulu plus and Netflex streaming though So much cheaper I will never go back Now I will be looking for better internet and cell phone deals They are not the best for that either

Ok Revdex.comHow is it I see on this site that haves an A+ on overview but haves 91% negative review for AT&TSince AT&T has been poor for me for over 1/years? I've seen hundreds of complaints from facebook and from here a day that AT&T still have a company that doesn't care about there customers? Right now complaints and only customer reviews and starsI didn't read how the Revdex.com system works but to me that seems out of whackOMG is the Revdex.com doing there job? Internet still slows down randomlyMeaning watching streams or live streams are hard to watch while buffering or quality lowers to the point that I can't recognise what's on screenSometimes youtube goes to 144p but sometimes that still buffersThat's slower the dial upSometimes listing to audio for exp iHeart.com stops playing and then comes back over and over againLike right nowI called ATT over times and they want a tech to come out but now at least times they never comeThey even admitted that there ISP servers that my modem is connected to is over reaching in my town and that's why I have problemsEver since the admitted that is causing the problem I get no call no show when the want to have a tech come outBut in the middle of that they did come out and gave me new phone line inside and out and with my 4th modem and still having problemsAnd also here's the kicker they have charge me times for nothing which would cost me a total of $But I had them take it all off because I had proof for all of itThe even lowered my internet speed without my knowledge and for over calls and finally got my speeds backThe even can't get their stories straight, I had techs say one thing and have other tech say another on multiple thingsDon't ask I don't rememberJust one, They lowered my speed from to 1.5MbpsSo I called and at least out of the say I can't get any faster the I should have been on the AT&T website because it only showed at the time I could only get 3Mbps, not When I was at that speed couldn't even stay constant and still droppingI know it's AT&T's outdated oversubscribe serversI hope AT&T gets to the point of having two too many scribers that the FCC "which should have done something decades ago" order AT&T to fix itIf ATT goes bankrupt then we have no internet on both ends of the candleI afraid to have tech come out with a no call no show and find out that they charge meit's plain and simpleIf AT&T has not stepped one foot in my house then they can't charge meIf I had any other ISP I would change it in a heartbeat and hope that that ISP won't suckInternet for everyone to do what they please "well that's not true from AT&T" when they won't stop slowing down to dropping and calling over times repeating and repeating myself when they never check my records over and over again with STILL no 1/year solution

I have made several complaints to AT&T about the internet speeds going down and disabled, I have had to go in and reconnect to the internet more than a few timesHowever, they claim that they aren't doing anything They keep wanting to send techs to my home in order to charge service chargesI have received several discount, for poor service The last discounts were due to our family being on federal benefits I applied for lifeline and got refused de to having U-VerseI asked to change my service, I was told NO, it wouldn't be worth itI then talked to the loyalty dept., they placed us on what they called a permanent discount, then I really started having internet issues When I received my bill via the website, Jan.27, with the discount, my internet was then disabled daily, the speeds were constantly dropped I had a tech in my home times since, the 1st tech claimed it was my home phones, so I went and replaced them The problem still there, I called again, I was asked where did I buy my phones? What difference does it make? Then they sent another tech out he claimed he couldn't find a problemHe called his supervisor, he came out, he did see problems, but couldn't identify where it wasHe blamed my cell phone, and my home As if, I am supposed to replace my cell phone and my home I took my phone to Nextel to have it looked at, nothing wrong with it I was informed by the person that they used to work for AT&T and slowing speeds is common practice of AT&Tand that they have been sued for it Also, if anyone were to ask about the lawsuit, they were to hang up This is not a way to keep a company in business I give them a zero, for business practices!

We received a late notice from AT&T regarding nonpayment of *** TV We have never had *** ** at all and certainly not through AT&T To make a long story short someone elses *** ** account had been linked to our account Customer service said we would have to go to our local dealer as it wasn't set up with our social security number Our local dealer assured us it would be taken care of Fastforward months we received another late notice at our address for *** TV Once again we were assure it was no longer attached to our account Now I receive a call from a collection agency AT&T says we need to file a complaint with *** *** *** ** says its AT&T AT&T needs to step up and take care of this I have had my cell phone through AT&T for greater than years but after the experience I am ready to move myself and my other lines to someone who takes care of issues and quits passing the buck
