Very unhappy with customer service department, After numerous hours on the phone I was unable to get to a person that was able to help get my issues resolved. We have multiple accounts with this company and the agent told me it was my responsibility to get the issue resolved and wanted to transfer me back to the same department that transferred me to her to begin with. I will be looking for other options for cell, internet, business and personal communication.

I have been trying to close out an fraudulent account since a week that AT&T without my authorization has transferred to my name. AT&T does not want to take responsibility for their error and are holding me responsible for dues on a number that I never authorized or have any knowledge about. Furthermore, they are accusing me of lying about the fraudulent account, so they don't have to deal with it.

ATT over sells and under serves. I signed up DSL (the best internet they offer in my area) as part of a services package almost 2 years ago. I'm still waiting. ATT's approach to resolving Revdex.com complaints is to make a few calls, tell you they can't help you and note the issue resolved with the Revdex.com.

I was bullied to paying 660!

I switched two cell phones, a landline, our cable and internet services to ATT/directv in late October. I was sent an extra cell phone which I sent back, for 2+ months now I have been trying to get them to take the phone off the bill, it has been hell. The Directv service also was suppose to bury the cable within 14 days of installation, here 2+ months later, and they still havent buried the cable.

AT&T's customer service is the worst. On 2 different occasions we had a scheduled date and time for AT&T to come and install Internet. They cancelled with out telling us. After speaking with them I told them to cancel my order. The next day my bank account was debited 100.00
They did not have permission from me to do this.

ATT is hiding customer local usage and requesting customer to subpoena AT&T in order to find/get what numbers (local usage zone 1-3) I made in the past. I filed a complain last week and they told me that it is their policy not to share this information unless I sue them in court and subpoena those information (03/05/15 @9:37am).

I am surprise that Revdex.com gives AT&T a rate A+ as this policy definitely harms the measured rate customers. Customer can no longer validate their usages and not being overcharged by ATT. At this time I have no other ways to challenge the call charges (bundled amount) shown on my bill as I don't have any data to support my argument.

Bottom line, AT&T is pushing customer to move to a flat rate plan (more expensive) to avoid this situation.

I decided to give uverse tv a try when I found out it was accepted in my area. This was the biggest mistake I have ever made. The service continued to go out constantly, they sent 5 or more techs to my house to assist with the problem, however it never remained permanent and continued to experience issues. I have canceled their service, however had to fight with customer service who was very rude and one actually laughed and hung up the phone after I explained what was occuring. I had spoken with over 4 reps who continued to throw the buck on different departments, no notes were taken even though they stated they would do so, so I had to continue explaining myself and why I was calling to each rep. I was finally able to cancel my service after arguing with them to waive the early cancelation fee. This is the worst unorganized company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and would advise others to do their research to see if others have this service in the area because they will give you the service knowing it will not last in your area.

Absolutely horrendous in every way. I switched to AT&T for cable and internet services in order to save 30 dollars a month from my previous cable/internet provider. I was without either service for the first 5 days while numerous technicians were unable to fix it. Meanwhile I received absolutely terrible service from literally every representative I spoke with at AT&T. None would take responsibility and I was offered a measly $5 dollar refund for my "troubles". Now I am stuck in a 2 year contract or forced to pay an expensive cancelation fee. I beg anyone doing their research to be smarter than I was and stay very very clear of AT&T and all of their services.

I have had AT&T for my internet for a little over a year now and haven't had any issues with the service until the promotion ended a couple months ago and my rates increased. This is expected so I called AT&T to get the home phone service removed from my account because the promotion needed me to have 2 services and I didn't want cable. I had to call these people 4 times over 2 months to get this fixed, and each time I called they would explain how it was an easy fix and didn't know why it didn't get done. I actually had to start the proses of canceling all services to get them to fix the issue. So, the actual services provided (internet, cable, etc.) are good but the customer service was horrible and incompetent.

I just want to be sure to tell everyone about my experience with AT&T home broadband service!!

trying to pay a bill online with this company is probably worse than their dsl feed. for the past 6 onths, I have to reset my password every time I log in. Ive tested this a few ties just to see... each time, it tells me I don't have the right password, even though I just changed it a few minutes ago. I wrote this down... im not getting it wrong. I can never get on their site thru my phone. I hate this company. its exhausting. I think its a ploy to get you to sign up for auto bill pay... aint gonna happen. if there were ANY other decent options, I would switch in a heart best. just waiting for that day when verizion or one of the others gets decent service in this area. if there were a place to complain to ATT on their web site that doesn't take insider information to find, id complain to them, but, they don't make that easy either.

My family and I have been with AT&T for several years, the account was in my Mother-in-law's name, She passed in October. My Husband and I have paid the bill for many years. I called in 11/30 to let them know She had passed, rep told me I had 30 days to transfer billing. A week later, 12/5, our service was suspended. I called in and since I was told the wrong information, they reinstated our service and gave us until 12/7 to go to a store and get this figured out. I went to our local AT&T store on 12/6, talked to a rep, got a plan of action and was given until 12/31 to get our next plan phones paid off, $1300.00 mind you, so we could transfer, which I think is ridiculous!! ON 12/7, our services were suspended again. I called 611, spoke with an agent, explained what was going on and He said they shouldn't have done that since we have an agreement and He reinstated our service. Again, suspended on 12/12! I cant call 611 So I head to our local store, again, the same rep calls in and the AT&T agent says there is nothing in the notes about giving us until 12/31!! Seriously?? They will not reinstate our services!! This is our only way of communication since AT&T refuses to put new lines in to our house so we can get internet! MY FIL is in another state, ill and has no way to call His family!! This is absolutely unfair and just plain wrong. So, here I sit in the library trying to figure out what to do!! Thanks AT&T!!!

Would like to highly compliment AT&T with their contractor's installation of "AT&T GigaPower" in our neighborhood....I am presently the president of our HOA and their contact, a Brent at XXX-XXX-XXXX, could not have been nicer or more coorperative with us during and after their installation of this system in [redacted] in Huntsville, Alabama.

Att U-Verse, Noblesville Indiana. Been without service ( TV and internet ) for 6 days and they still cannot give me a timeframe for when I will get service back. Technicians were out for 6+ hours one day, advanced tech scheduled to come out a second time but called and said he was told by his supervisor not come due to the fact it was not a repair he could do. So two days home waiting for a repair, no repair made, no date for return to service. Now I am stuck with a contract for service that doesn't exist!!! Would NEVER use this company again!!!

The cut a hole in my floor and ripped my carpet. They have a 3rd party handling it who is refusing to do anything and called me a liar

Absolutely the WORST security system I've ever had! As soon as I got the security November 2016 it wasn't working. About 2 days after, someone broke into my home and IT DID NOT GO OF! I called them, waited on hold for ONE HOUR AND SEVENTEEN MINUTES before someone answered!!!! They "did a system reboot" then a week later someone broke into my husband's car!!! THE CAMERAS DIDN'T CATCH ANYTHING!!!!!!!!! but I can receive 72 text messages about a dang shadow that the motion detector is picking up but when I actually need you to catch something you DONT!!!! then I intentionally set my alarm off!! NO CALL NO TEXT MESSAGE NOTHING!!!!! I ENDED UP CALLING THEM LIKE UUUUHH HELLO!!! DO YOU NOT SEE MY ALARM GOING OFF????!?!??!?!? So they come out to "service" the security again and as he leaves the system keeps saying command failed and system error... Like WTF! SO I sit on hold with a tech guy for another 30 mins and "reboot" it again.. All goes well for about 2 weeks. I paid off the installation but then receive a bill for $250 when it should be $55. Call billing department and wait another FIFTYNINE MINUTES before someone answers!!! They are currently trying to fix my bill but I am thoroughly aggravated!!!!! GET IT TOGETHER AT&T!!!!

AT&T Wireless held my phone hostage even though I owed them no fees.

As a result, I had not ability to make or receive phone calls with my new carrier. This hurt and posed risk to my pregnant wife and two kids, as well as to the 85 people that work for me.

I bundled cable and internet with AT&T and DIRECTV back in August. I was overcharged on my first bill, so I called and it was resolved. Then it continued to happen every month even after I asked them to make sure it wouldn't happen again and put notes in my account showing I asked this. Many times notes were never put in my account and I continued to have to call and waste time being transferred multiple times. We were charged for an installation fee for three months (which was supposed to be waived). Then we were charged the protection plan fee for a month after we cancelled. When I cancelled services they only cancelled internet and then told me that the amount I was told our final bill would be was incorrect and my $40 credit was not showing up from when I called in December. We are being charged for the mistakes they made multiple times and the companies do not even communicate with each other, despite having a BUNDLED account. They were extremely frustrating to work with and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

AT&T landline service at this point is a joke. We have to have a landline because I'm on call on a regular basis for the hospital that I work at, and my house is in a dead spot for cell service. Our phone goes out pretty much every time it rains. They never fix it in under a week. They never fix it so that it doesn't happen again. They don't care because they know that as a consumer I have no other choice. I wouldn't recommend AT&T for any services they offer.
