Thank you for your speedy replyI have attached the requested information below:Invoice number: ***Warranty: 3Yr or 36K miles Parts & Labor + $0.00All warranty information can be accessed at http://www.engineandtransmissionworld.com/warranty.php and I have attached a copy to this
message in a Word document. I appreciate your help and have a great day!*** ***

it takes to business days for a refund to process from when we get both transmissions

The complainant did activate the Free Warranty as stated However, upon submitting a claim, you ,must submit documentation within business day or the claim will be denied per the Terms and Conditions agreed to when placing the order, no exceptionsFurthermore continued operation of the
vehicle after a claim has been made will void the Free Warranty claim However, due to the due to circumstances beyond the complainants control, we are looking in to this matter to see if an exception can be made in this case We are currently reviewing the documentation provided and getting clarification on some inconsistent charges and will respond again once a decision has been made and hope to finish the review

The Terms and conditions of the Free Warranty clearly state on line 1: Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumpsWe do not warranty any attached accessory parts, such as switches,
sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, manifolds, wire harnesses, valve covers, brackets, flywheel etc Additionally, on line 4: New timing belt must be installed (if applicable)The Terms and Conditions of the Free Warranty must be read and agreed upon before placing the order and is indicated by selecting the text box as confirmation before moving forward and purchasing the part We did offer the complainant a part replacement but that was not to the complainant's likingAs the warranty does not guarantee timing components, the claim was denied based on these Terms and Conditions of the warranty

The customers complaint has been resolved per the dispute with the CC company This matter is now closed

Our Customer Service Representative specifically stated in the email “we will offer a credit to you if your mechanic thinks the engine is still useable.” After the removal of the head, the mechanic deemed the engine as unusable. The reason the CSR stated that we would only offer credit if the
engine is useable is due to the fact that the Terms and Conditions of the Free Warranty clearly states, which all customers must agree to before making their purchase, under Line of the Limitations section: “Warranty does not cover initial installation.” We sent out a replacement on 4/and we have not been notified the engine has been installed and no Warranty activation attempt has been made on the replacement engine. The complainant still has both engines and we will be forced to take legal action if the initial engine is not returned in the next days

First of all, my complaint was weeks after my order because I live in Hawaii, and it took weeks to arrive, then another for my mechanic to get to itThe motor was not disassembled, only covers were removed for inspectionAs soon as we saw the extremely poor condition of the engine, I called the warranty department, and was instructed to send photosI did, and was told "just put some new bearings in, and it should be fine"At least voicemails, and emails have gone unreturned up u till this pointAfter reading the warranty, it became clear it was impossible to actually qualify for one because of the countless stipulationsThe engine must be installed days from the date of PURCHASE which disqualified me right off since I didn't receive for weeks because I'm in HawaiiThis engine is no way considered a good used motor as stated by the companyIt is full of corrosion, sludge, waterMy mechanic said its not even good enough for a core exchangeI asked for a refund, a exchange, and have got no response since put some new bearings in itMy advise to anyone contemplating purchasing an engine from this company is don't do itThere IS no warrantyThey offer a year warranty that's impossible to qualify for on a used motor which should have been my first red flagNo correspondance until Revdex.com is involved

Regards,
*** *** it was put in to there warranty they just want to rip poeple off read the reveiws and you can see

Mrs*** had ordered an engine from us on December 18, and it was sent to her in a timely mannerShe had called us months later to complain about some of the bolt on items and covers were broken but the actual engine itself was not brokenWe had asked here where the engine had been for
months and what had happened to it because it did not leave our facility like that and we have photos of it to prove itIt must have either got damaged while it was in transit or while it was in Mrs*** possesion for the monthsWe had told her if she noticed it was damaged she should have reported it right away, or she could have done a damage claim with the trucking company and they would have reimbursed her, but you can ot open up a damage claim months later after you receive a part you have to do that right awayHowever the parts she said were broken were just a front pulley and a timing cover, both items are just bolt on items and are not covered under warranty anyhow, she knew that because she had agreed to the terms and conditions form that stated it

This customer never activated the Free Warranty Per the Terms and Conditions Additionally, the extended Parts Free Warranty we extend in these cases which allows you to exchange the part was past the days Therefore, the claim was denied due to the customer not following the Terms
and Conditions of the Free Warranty The Warranty must be agreed upon when purchasing the engine by all customers and is prominently displayed on the site as well as during the order process We encourage all customers to fully read and comply with the Terms and Conditions before and after the purchase We will be more than happy to honor any claim which falls in the Terms and Conditions if and when they apply

Mr *** had ordered an engine and we tried explaining it to him that because of the volume of engines we sell taht it takes up to business days to receive an engine from us, he did not like that answer so he got beligerent with our staff was yelling and screaming at them and calling them
namesWe had then cancelled hs order because we did not want to deal with that kind of abuse from Mr***Also we reviewed all of the phone conversations with Mr*** and he was the only one using the fowl language, our staff does not talk like that

Yes we did send the wrong transmission at first, but we had picked the wrong transmission and then we sent the correct transmission

An email was sent to them on 5-23-with photos attachedI did not degrade any of there customer service reps I explained the condition of the engine and all they did was transfer me to someone else, which I left a voicemail. As far as today I asked if they can give me another email address so I can send more photos of the engine, but they didn't instead they transferred me to *** voicemailI also called the bank to help with the situation which they temporarily credited me the money until they can further complete the investigation(The money they credited me is the banks money) not from the vendor. They are welcome to refund my full amount to Chase bank and pick up the engineI am unsatisfied with the condition of the engineProvide me with an email address and I will send you the photos and not the one that is posted on the websiteI already sent some to that address with no response. I attached some photos to this email

They sent me a bad engine from the beginning, the motor never ran at all it had no compression at allThey said I could return it and I would have to pay the return shipping and a 25% restocking fee for the bad engine or they could send me a replacement and pay the installation of the replacement but they would not cover any parts cost and make arrangements to pick up the the bad engine. After sending me the replacement they refuse to do reimburse me for the second installationThey are being very dishonest and are not wanting to payI deserve my money back and want them to pick up their bad engine

The engine was overheated because the mechanic had sent us a picture of the heat tab that was glued on to the engine and the center of the heat tab was clearly melted outengine operating temperature should be between and degreesWhen an engine reaches a temperature of and
degrees it will start to experience overheating conditionsWhen a gasoline engine reaches degrees or higher it is considered overheated and will cause internal damage to the engineOur heat tabs will melt at degreesSo bottom line Ms*** must have overheated the engine when she admitted that the transmission went out she must have overworked the engine pushing it to the limits causing the engine to overheat

There was nothing on the website or in the paperwork that was sent that stated any of the claimed actions needed to be taken placeI can have written documentation from the mechanic shop staying when the engine was put in shown to the company to show that it was put in the vehicle as soon as it was recieved . Unfortunately, without proof besides the visual opinion of a mechanic we cannot support any claims on mileage We simply pull the miles stated on the order from the odometer of the vehicle the engine is removed from If the customer can provide factual evidence the engine has more miles than what was told to us when procuring the engine, we would be more than happy to do a direct exchange for the customer However, a visual inspection and opinion cannot suffice and therefore no warranty claim can be processed based on an opinion of a mechanic

We never got the emails from Mr***, we dont know where he has been sending his emails
