Regards,
*** *** As previously stated I had called your company right away after the trucking company called and stated that could not delivery to my residence as was arranged by your company when order was placed. You have dealt with the trucking company for numerous deliveries as you had stated so you should know if they could or could not delivery. Otherwise you should not offer the service and charge for it. When I called your company stated that they could not just make delivery changes without your approval which they never got. If you had contacted them when I called and found out why all of a sudden they couldn't delivery as promised I would have been able to arrange a better time to meet them. But since I could not and you did nothing to help I was unable to and therefore made the best decision at the time to be able to receive the engine. Your company has done nothing to assist me once my order was placed which in my option is very poor customer service. If you had helped as promised when you had called me we could have ended this a long time ago. I am looking for nothing more than to be reimbursed for the damaged parts that needed to be replaced

The complainant is requesting a refund in the amount of $for an engine purchased on 8/16/The complainant had the engine delivered on 8/31/and was installedThe complainant had issues with their engine four months later and their mechanic allegedly stated the engine was no goodThe
complainant reached out to our claim department to file a warranty claim and they were deniedThe complainant failed to register/activate the warranty and per the Terms and Conditions of our Free Warranty: Line 10: "Engine or transmission must be installed AND warranty activated within business days of delivery OR ALL WARRANTIES WILL BE VOIDFalsifying information will automatically void your warranty." ***It is stated when the complainant makes the purchase that they much activate the warrantyWe do take pride in the quality of engines we sell but per line of the Terms and Conditions of our Free Warranty: "The stated mileage is not guaranteed and is correct to the best of our knowledge." *** Also the complainant stated they are out the amount of what they paid for the installation and per line of the Terms and Conditions of our Free Warranty: “Warranty does not cover initial installation.” *** We do our very best to give accurate mileage and quality products to our consumersDue to the fact that the free warranty was not activated within the 10-day time period, we denied the claim made by the complainant and will have to deny any future claimsPlease let us know if you need any further assistance in resolving this matter, but we will assume this matter closed for the aforementioned reasons

The complainant is requesting reimbursement/refund for an alleged damaged manifoldThe complainant did register the warranty and called and spoke to us on 9/2/stating the intake manifold was damagedPer the Terms and Conditions of the Free WarrantyLine 1: Engine warranties are limited to
manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumpsWe do not warranty any attached accessory parts, such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, manifolds, wire harnesses, valve covers, brackets, flywheel etcWe do not warranty oil leaks/damage on engines or transmissions due to non replaced seals, gaskets or filtershttps://www.qualityusedengines.com/warranty.html We were not supplied with any information or paperwork from the installation shop that the manifold was allegedly damagedSince the issue is due to a alleged damaged manifold, the claim was denied based on these Terms and Conditions

The complainant is looking for a refund of $that they had spent to fix and purchase additional parts to install the engineThe complainant purchased the engine on 1/7/and was shipped out to them on 1/16/The warranty was activated on 1/26/The image that the complainant sees on
the quote form is a representation of what their engine looks likeThe image may or may not be the actual engine that they in fact receiveThe complainant did do a charge back to Visa for the $that was spent but their claim was deniedIn this case, we would not reimburse the complainant for the $amount they stated they spent to supposedly to get the engine up and runningWe hope this closes this matter and any issues going forward

The complainant is requesting a refund for an engine they purchasedWe would request that the complainant please send us some sort of shipping information as we do not show that the engine has been returnedWe would state at this current time once we recieve the tracking information on the engine
we would be able to give a more updated response and we can move forward with the clients request for a refund

This claim has been thoroughly reviewed is now closed due to the previous reasons stated We will no longer be able to respond to any further discussion regarding this claim

All the customer has to do is return the engine and he will be refunded according to the terms and conditionsA 90,mile engine from Midwest will have surface rust on it but that does not mean that the engine is badPer signed terms and conditions we do not warranty appearance

We apologize for your experience with shipping However, the customer claim of our incompetence in shipping the engine on our part is not valid We ship thousands of engines every year safely and securely for the past years or so We always securely fasten the engine to the
pallet as shown in on our website when getting a quote for many of the engines we stock Furthermore, per the Terms and Conditions of the Free Warranty every customer must agree to before making the purchase, We do not warranty any attached accessory parts, such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, manifolds, wire harnesses, valve covers, brackets, flywheel etc This is stated in the top section of the warranty and is more than clear for all to see as it is not a hidden condition Additionally, we have no control over how the shipping company treats the engine once it has left our facility We suggest this customer take up his claim with Oak Harbor Freight Lines as this is clearly a shipping issue

We have already checked all the mail boxes in the complexIf we do find it we will definately send it back to Mr***

The complainant was delivered the engine on 3/but filed the claim on 8/for the engine having issues "Parts and labor warranty begins on the 14th day & 501st mile after the part is installedWarranty must be activated within business days of delivery OR ALL WARRANTIES WILL
VOIDEDFalsifying information will automatically void your warranty." "The engine must be installed within days of its receipt." http://engineshopper.com/warranty.phpWith the complainant installing the engine in August that would in fact void the warranty since the engine was delivered in March of The claimant went to try and activate a claim and was filed incorrectlyThere was no refund given due to the fact that the warranty was voided due to time of installation

I have read the responses to my claimThis still does bot justify my attempets to find out a tracking number nor a accurate response to where the "New" or Replacement was for weeks that followed the 1st transmission from being sent backThe few people that I did have contact with (Especially Scott) was rude and avoided any of my questions or answered with "The new one has been send and a tracking number will be sent to your email.) NEVER RECEIVED ONE.WITH ADDITIONS THAT A 2ND TRANSMISSION WAS SENT AND WAS IN AN INCORRECT FORMItw as missing a Torque ConverterWhen the Technician(*** from Fresno Shop) told the representative from SW Transmissions this was missingNuel the RepStated he didn't care send it anywaysTHIS MADE THE 2ND Transmission that was wrongly sentThis transmission was supposed to be received by August ANOTHER DAY OF LOST WAGES AND NO TRANSMISSION CAME. I made another call to your company to find out what was happening and once again transfers and voicemails with no return callAfter 5days....I finally spoke to *** again and he AGAIN had no justificationAt this time I cancelled the order that was Supposably being sent to meOn August 2015, this newest replacement showed upHOWEVER, I A L READY PURCHASED ANOTHER ON AVAILABLE THE DAY I ORDERED ALTHOUGH IT COST ME MORE....BUT WAS IN MY HANDS THE SAME DAY.I am now out of pocket for thus company's unprofessional knowledge or experience

The complainant is requesting a replacement for the engine that they currently have and cover all fees (shipping and mechanic)The complainant did not meet the requirements for the warranty, due to mileage and time frame, but we did offer them a parts exchangePer the part exchange we would need
the complainant to cover the shipping fee in the amount of $for us to send out to them the new motorOnce we have the dollar amount for the shipping fee, we will be more than happy to send out the 2nd engine to the complainant. We hope this closes this matter and any issues going forward

the complainant is requesting a refund in the amount of $2,due to what they feel did not meet the description of the engine onlinePer line of the Terms and Conditions of our Free Warranty: "Although we makes every effort to make the part look as nice as possible before it ships no
warranty or guarantee is made towards the appearance of that part." http://www.engineandtransmissionworld.com/warranty.php also per line 19 of our Terms and Conditions of our Free Warranty:"Since the complainant has had the engine for over months, they are not able to return the engine and no refund will be given at this timeThe complainant is made aware of this when they purchase the engineWe hope this closes this matter and any issues going forward
