I am sorry that Ms. [redacted] was having trouble getting information removed from Whitepages Premium. For suppressions form Whitepages Premium, a user will want to email or send mail to Whitepages Premium directly. I do see that Ms. [redacted] emailed into support on March 4th. We removed the...
information at that time and see that Ms. [redacted] requested for removal again on March 8th and we are unable to find the listing she is referring to. If there is another listing on the site, we will need the URL to the exact listing that she wishes to have removed.
Our records indicate this account has now been properly cancelled. In addition, a previous refund of 29.95 was issued, as well as another 29.95 refund just issued. Please let us know if you have further questions.
I do see that [redacted] contacted us through email on Thursday March, 17 and unfortunately we have not yet reached the email as we answer all emails in the order they are received. I have gone ahead and removed the listing and it should no longer be appearing on Whitepages.com.

If your data was removed and you see your name lingering in a blue box on Whitepages.com, that is purely a search optimization feature that redirects to our sister service, Whitepages Premium. If you click that box, you'll find that it does not link to any active profiles for yourself. That information is only being displayed based on what is entered into the search field.You can test this by doing a search for “Sally User” in Seattle, Washington. This is the second time this picture has been attached as evidence. It is a simple JPG that can be opened by anyone and the Revdex.com has placed it on their website for the very purpose of you seeing it. Stop making excuses and remove me completely from your database.

Setting up your Caller Id is something that we have available, not something that is required if you are just wanting to claim your listing in order to remove. The display will remain on that page as long as nothing has yet been claimed letting you know that you have not done that yet. It appears that you have still not claimed your listing. If you go to www.whitepages.com, you will want to search your information and then click on the "Claim/Edit" link on the details page of your listing. Once the information is in your account, you can choose to remove it from the directory.
