Yes, we are an auto-renewing service. Just as if someone were to buy a gym membership, you get billed every month. Whitepages Premium is an auto renew service and a user will keep be billed for the service until it in cancelled. Again, I do not see that we have received any emails from Mr. [redacted] until March 24th, 2016 requesting for assistance with cancelling the account. Mr. [redacted] could have logged into his account immediately to cancel his service, but that was not done. When running a search on Whitepages Premium, we do state that the charge is "/month" right next to the price. We do not hide the fact that this is a monthly service.
