Hi Mr [redacted] Thank you for your prompt responseAt this time I am unable to provide any compensation for the broken LCD screen however I am willing to offer a $Costco cash card as a courtesy With the phone being dropped and the screen cracking Wireless Advocates has no way to determine if the LCD screen was broken or notThe sales associate states that the screen was cracked when you approached the kiosk We are unable to review the Costco cameras as that would not identify if your LCD screen was damaged at the time you approached the kiosk or not At this time no further action is being taken from Wireless Advocates Sincerely,Charon K***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I still haven't received the refund for the Samsung Note returned on September 23, I waited through the weekend until Monday, October 10, to respond The refund from Wireless Advocates still hasn't been credited to my account Was it mailed? This shouldn't be an issue as I should have been able to exchange my phone for another (per the CPSC/ Samsung recall) This is ridiculous

Hi [redacted] , I am following up regarding your Revdex.com complaintOn behalf of Wireless Advocates I apologize to hear that you have a defective deviceI understand that Cassie has been working with you directly and was waiting for a statement from the sales associate regarding his interaction with youThe statement was received yesterday and the sales associate stated the following: This member came in about replacing his broken deviceHe was not upgrade eligible and did not have insuranceI explained possible optionsHe could go somewhere and get it fixed or some people order the parts and watch a you tube video and fix it themselvesAfter some time went buy the member stopped in and was asking questionsHe had purchased a complete kit to repairHe opened the kitI we talked about the parts he had and were both trying to figure out which was whichI explained to him that I am not a repair professional and I am not responsible for any damage ( he was asking me to help him which I referred him to a repair place..batteries plus or tech heroes or you tubeHe was attempting to repair it at that point at the kiosk) It was a slow day no one was aroundHis phone was already broken and he already needed an lcdI Assisted him (assisted with trying to lift the damaged glass off his device) Based on the sales associate statement the LCD screen was already broken and we have no proof of if it was broken when dropped or notAt this time Wireless Advocates is unable to provide any compensation or the requested device Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns Thank you, Charon K***
