dear wish
the order number is #[redacted]  for multifunctional kitchen tool knife . never received the product .
the circular knife wheel to  I have never received order # [redacted] .
and I have tried to call many times and emailed many times about this and so I just want a refund on both knifes. I have been told that I was getting a refund on the circular knife wheel but as od today 5 22 2017 I have not received a refund so I need both monies on both knifes.

When clicking "Details" there is no "questions" heading anywhere on the "details" page. Steps 3,4 ans 5 does not.exist. The only option is to do a "continue rerurn". HOWEVER,
When I try to " continue return" I cant seem to surpass [redacted] part where I HAVE to check that "this package only have one item". This is an issue because I returned MANY of the products purchased and I live across the country here in virginia and paying for a package for each cheap products was not an option for me since it wouldve cost me a fortune and certain products ranged from $1-$20. So I attached the printed rerurn labels on each item that was ziplocked separately with the labels inside with the specific item. The package with ALL returns shouldve been delivered by now to wish. I will check with USPS on delvery
Should I continue the process and just click the "package only contain one item" eventhough it has MULTIPLE items in ONE large box??

There is no indication anywhere (except when this company communicates back via email) about expiration dates.  If they are able to give a $10.00 gift card for 30 days; then, why don't their regular gift cards last as long.
 
Also, the gift card is no longer logical as I have mentioned in my complaint and ALL THROUGH THE ORDER!!! REFUND TO MY PAYPAL ADDRESS!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!  I AM NO LONGER USING YOUR SERVICES AND DEMAND MY MONEY RIGHTFULLY RETURNED BACK TO ME!!! You company refused to honor the gift card; and there is no indication that there was even a gift card present anywhere on my account.  SEE THE MANY SCREENSHOTS that show that there were no gift cards, nor any expired ones.  There was nothing sitting in my account.  I believe this company to be lying to cover their butt; it is absurd and they need to refund the $16.00 to my PAYPAL! NOEXCEPTIONS!!!

I sent out all 5 shirts in one box, I find it hard to believe only 2 made it back. As per your company I was told I would receive my full refund plus shipping because it was at the companies mistake I received the wrong items. I also sent on your e-mail a picture of the receipt that showed the tracking number and total of what it again cost me to ship back to your return center. I don't know how much more I can prove to you what was sent other than 2 shirts back to you would not cost me almost $11.00 for shipping I know I sent back all 5.

I understand the fact that you are refunding me on the orders I returned but I was promised a full refund plus my shipping. It was your companies fault on the incorrect items I received and now I was charged and additional $10.72 on top of the $13.00 I already had to pay for shipping.
