These people took my credit card number and then started saying it was fraudulent. They put over 150 items they said that I had ordered from them which I had not. They were billing my Discover card for all of this. You cannot get a hold of them. Their phone numberis[redacted]. And all you get is to leave a message, and then it says the message board is full. So you can't contact anybody!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I have logged in several times but when I try to view history it says no orders and if I try to track it from email it goes to wish.com and has error page. I have told them in several emails but the response is always the same log in to my account. I've done it and still nothing. They took my money first part of March and I have not gotten my purchase or any information on where it is or if it's coming at all. The email saying it was shipped around the 10th of March.  I just feel this company has given me the run around they have no problem taking my money but when it comes to getting the product  they don't care. I have already sent all items back to the company and have not received a refund. Every inquiry I submit to the company, I receive the same generic response instructing me to "Request a Refund" through their website, which I have also done several times. Every response from this company is a generic response not specific to my question or order number. It is a cycle of me inquiring about a refund on products I have already sent back, and then receiving a generic response on how I can go about requesting a refund through the website.

I feel like people only write these reviews if they've had crap service, so I figured I'd point out that I've ordered plenty of stuff from them and except for some sizing issues (pretty much a given when ordering clothing without trying it on) everything has been great. Will definitely be shopping with Wish in the future.

I purchased two XXL large shirts. They barley were able to fit past my shoulders. They must have been made for infants and smelled so bad of chemicals that I threw them in the trash. They were not made of any material that I have ever seen before. I will not be buying from them again. BUYER BEWARE!!

Each of these stores is responsible for listing their own products, but we do everything we can to keep fake and/or counterfeit merchandise off of the site.
