Sorry for the confusion on this issue. If you got an item, that does not necessarily guarantee that you were charged any amount at any time, as the item may have been shipped to your address by accident or your address may have been...

accidentally filled in as a shipping address. Unfortunately, simply indicating that you have received a mysterious package does not indicate that you have been charged for something, nor does it provide any required information we would need to see if you have been charged for something.
If you no longer want this item, you can either return it to your post office and indicate it should be returned to center, or you can do anything else you want with it, including throw it away.
If you would like us to look up charges for you, we would need the following information:
The last 4 digits of your card
The amount you were charged by WISH/CONTEXTLOGIC
and the date you see these charges on your card.

Thank you for your response! I spoke with the post office and they said they cannot return the package unless I am responsible for the shipping fees even this package has not been open so that is the problem because this package came from China and they said there was no proper address on it so that is why I am stuck with this package.

I purchased something, but when I checked my PayPal account they billed me more than what I agreed to at the point of sale. I'm not talking about currency exchange or shipping costs either. Beware of wish[redacted]!

I am rejecting this response because: You are lying! it's only now that you're telling me you can refund me in three days. We went back-and-forth with numerous emails through your app with your customer support telling me I first need to receive the item by the end of July, and then I would need to mail it back at my expense to be considered for a refund. You're lying now that I escalated it to the Revdex.com. I wouldn't have  had to have filed a complaint with PayPal if you gave me that answer from the beginning. You are by far the worst company I've ever dealt with when it comes to buying things online,  and all of this over a few dollars. Well you're not keeping it. Nor will you get any other money from me in the future. I'm telling everyone on social media about this. Disgusting customer service at its worst. I'm done dealing with you liars. I have lost heart and don't think for one minute that I will get any money back from this company Wish, I have done every thing they asked me too ie send attachment photos of all the badly made clothes they are so badly made they are not even fit to send to a charity shop.

I never received half of the items I ordered. And they will not give my money back!
