IT'S TOO BAD THAT WISH.COM DIDN'T DO THE RIGHT THING FROM THE START!!!!

They are garbage I was supposed to have an item that I ordered deliveired on the 22nd of December but I still haven't received it yet and I probably won't for the last four days I've been trying to contact wish.com customer service and I haven't gotten a single answer back yet

Thank you for continuing to use Wish. I can see you’ve placed 14 orders in the month of March ever since reactivating your account. As long as you have the same [redacted] account linked to Wish, you will be able to access your complete order history. 
 
As we’ve mentioned, the only way to access the account associated with your [redacted] is to login through [redacted]. If you plan to deactivate the associated [redacted] account and would like to continue purchasing on Wish, I would recommend creating a new account through a different login method such as email or [redacted]

the assumed balance of $7.71 was meant to be paid ion may 1st , then they pushed it to may 15th , now they say payment will be released in june 1st.
so until payment be released this complaint will be stayed open

I am rejecting this response because: All the items that were ordered prior to February 2017 have been returned..They were not tampered with and returned to the local post office. I think Wish should go by the order numbers and use them to refund the money back to my visa.

In order for us to locate your account, could you please provide the following information?
 
* Order ID (it starts with a 5 and you can find this on your order confirmation email)
* Full name as it appears on your Wish profile
* Last four digits of the credit card used to place the order AND the exact date and amount of the charge in US Dollars
* If you used PayPal please provide the Unique Transaction ID which can be found on your PayPal statement
* If you used Klarna please provide the Klarna reference/statement number, which can be found on your Klarna statement
 
Once I have more information, I can hopefully get this resolved for you.

To begin the refund process:
 
1. Tap the "Order History" tab from the drop down menu at the top of the screen.
2. Find your missing item on the page.
3. Tap on the big blue "Request Refund" button under that item.
4. Follow the prompts to and fill out the required information to open your refund request.
 
This will open a request in our system and you should receive a reply within 24 hours.

Items do not have to be returned. Most refunds process in 5-7 days, but some can take up to 14 days. If you do not see your refund returned to your original payment method, please contact us and provide your Wish order ID (begins with a 56) that you can find in your order history.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I will wait and see if my items arrive by the 28th. However, they have already sent me other e-mails saying my items would arrive by the 21st. When the 21st passed I was told the 23rd. Now I am told the 28th.This is a stall tactic. I have waited 30 days already for an item to be shipped from [redacted]. Not 30 days from the time I ordered... But 30 days since they stole the money from my bank account.
 I want to know why my government allows known thieves to stay in business? I have seen Revdex.com reports and other reports on line in regards to Wish.com stealing people's money, adding fraudulant purchases on credit cards etc. Do they stay in business without punishment because they only steal leass than $500. Does the Revdex.com and our government only care when big money gets stolen from influential customers? Is the general [redacted] Public being robbed of $32 just not important enough? Maybe thats why they steal $32 from a hundred people instead $3200 from 1. Maybe the government doesnt care about the rights of the consumerSincerely,[redacted]

* The exact charge amount and the currency
* A screenshot of the charge as it appears in your statement (Please exclude any sensitive, identifying personal information)
