We apologize for the issue with your order. Wish provides a 30-day return policy on all orders. It appears your order was has passed the delivery date more than 30 days ago and unfortunately no longer qualifies for a refund.

Wish.com did absolutely NOTHING when I contacted them regarding not receiving my ordered items. The only thing I ever heard from them was I needed to be patient as my items were on the way. And when I asked for tracking information, I never heard back.

Sorry for the confusion on this issue. Wish does not charge "courtesy fees" or offer any kind of subscription service. It is likely this has been a fee charged by your bank on top of another Wish charge. You may wish to contact your bank to learn more about this fee.

It redicules.ur stores r advertising 925 sterling silver.I was under the apsumption that I was buying sterling silver 925. When the store should say the jewlerys plated. I fell ripped off! And u guys won't fix what the store prints..and ur refund policy needs to be changed.cause u burned so many people on other refund.

They sent me a generated email and told me there was nothing they could do for me. They keep telling to read the terms of agreement which I have and still nothing.  They have told me my restricted account was blocked by their system and they can't do anything about that and I know that's a lie .Sincerely,[redacted]
