EMAIL FROM CONSUMER:They never resolved my issue & still refuse to open my account even after proving to them the cards I used were prepaid & not stolen. They have been very unresponsive & take way too long to respond. Their customer service is AWFUL.

I have tried several times to gain access to my account and I can't . I have sent countless emails to this company and no one has helped all they do is keep sending me other email addresses to contact. There is no direct number to speak to anyone it has been almost a month and my items have not arrived and my money has not been put back on my card. I feel this is a bogus company and severe actions should be taken to resolve this issue.

You may be receiving an error message when you are not logged into Wish and try to access your Wish account through the links in your email. If this is happening, try logging into Wish first, and then using any links provided in an email sent to you by Wish.
You can recover your password [redacted] your Wish account by using the "Forgot your password?" button in the Wish login screen.
From there, please submit a question regarding the items you are unsatisfied with. To submit a question, access your order history, and then select "Request a Refund" for the order you would like us to consider your refund eligibility for. An associate should get back to you in 1-2 days after you have successfully submitted a question.
If these directions aren't clear, please feel free to email [redacted]@wish.com with your order ID number (begins with a 54) and we can provide further guidance or more details.

I am rejecting this response because:When the company states the following:  "We have worked closely with our team to remove you from any future marketing campaigns."I would like to know exactly what steps were taken.  Did WISH.COM permanently delete my account information from their marketing database, as I requested?  Or did they just "flag" my account to not receive future marketing?  In my experience companies do the latter, not the former.  And inevitably, a marketing promotion is programmed that forgets to check that flag.  My home address was obtained through unethical means and I want an assurance that it was permanently deleted from the WISH.COM marketing database.

This business does not have a direct phone number. They email you and I immediately told them I ordered wrong and they shipped it out that quick after they just said don't pick the item up. So no item and still charged!
