control all of the parties. Your shop did not send supplement until Thursday and then sent their request without photos. Told her appraiser should have supplement to us shortly but their is some delay form the shop.I offer to cash out 25 days of the 29 that the car has been in the shop, they were paid for 3 days for 10 a day or 250 for cash out/loss of use.She agreed. She will get on the shop too about why supplement was sent in after the car was done and now they wont' release the car.Told her once supplement comes in, will have Craig, send a copy and guarantee payment with the shop so car can be released. You agreed.

I am rejecting this response because:I am not sure that you actually read my complaint, I clearly stated that my provider received some paperwork but is missing a signed authorization form which they called and left a message on J[redacted]s voicemail, and they have not received a call back. I spoke with my provider yesterday about this and I also called Alliance and (big surprise) left another message which had not been returned, again not surprising, even though it clearly states someone will get back to me within 24 business hours,  and that has never actually happened. I should not have to file complaints to the Revdex.com and the insurance commissioner just to get an adjuster from the at fault party's incompetent insurance company (alliance United insurance).

your vehicle you have not suffered a diminished value claim. Our insured’s policy allows us to afford loss related damages, it does not allow the Company to afford losses that have not occurred. The Company’s records reveal you were offered a Bodily Injury settlement in the amount of $500.00 on July 22, 2016. Check 675-0011008 in the amount of $500.00 was mailed to the address above on July 25, 2016. The Company’s records reveal a Bodily Injury release was mailed to you on July 22, 2016 however as of today’s date we have not received the signed release returned as per our agreement. Please either return the signed injury release or forward your complete medical records to the Company for review and consideration.

No coverage can be extended at this time.

I am rejecting this response because:   Alliance United provided a $1,555.58 preliminary repair estimate based on the pictures I sent using the App the insurance requires me to use to assess damage. Alliance United also sent a check for $933.35 to cover 60% of the initial estimate. I dropped off my vehicle to a body shop to get it repaired and showed the initial estimate from Alliance United. The person from the body shop said that estimate is only based on what they can see on the picture and cost based on used or aftermarket parts. Body shop will have to take apart the damaged parts to really as what can not be seen from the pictures. Body shop will call the insurance for supplement and get approval to proceed.  I would like to keep this case open until my vehicle is totally repaired and back to the condition it was prior to accident. I will find out by end of next week if my car is repaired and close this case once Alliance United covers their 60% of actual total cost of the repairs.

She stated, " They found marks on their clients car that relates to damages made on my car. I spoke with a representative today 12/1/16, which stated there are notes that T[redacted] called her client 11/30/16 to inquire why he is denying involvment. So I am now waiting for a response from T[redacted]; I left her a voicemail today 12/1/16 to inquire if she has spoken to him so we can finish the process.

I am rejecting this response because: This is completely FALSE as evidenced by the 30 plus calls that I have made in attempts to reach Stephanie and or her supervisor. No one EVER answers the phone and I get transferred around and hung up on constantly when asking to speak with a supervisor. It should not take his long to settle this matter and or to contact me with information regarding the status of the claim. My own claims adjuster has not been able to get a response from them. I spoke with an operator who advised me that the vehicle was deemed a total loss and he provided me with another adjusters phone number (P[redacted] at ext 3568). I have left several messages for him as well with no success reaching him or getting a call back. This is one of the most unprofessional insurance companies that I have EVER encountered. This process has been a complete nightmare and I just want this matter settled ASAP.
